Big bathroom, good strong lights in room
High pitched noise continuously woke me up in the wee hours. I have no idea what it was...gone by dawn but completely disturbed my sleep.
The room was a nonsmoking room. However, the room smell of stale tobacco. There were several cigarette holes around the room(bed covers, phone, bathtub) The floor was sticky in the bathroom. Not a place I recommend
We did not stay at this facility. We had a look at the room and changed our minds about staying. Overpowering smell of some type of cleaning chemical. Room was run-down, old and dilapidated.
carpet in room was dirty to the point my socks were filthy
I got a dirty room
The location was the best thing for me and my husband. Our family lives less than 20 minutes away. Thank you for the convenience.
Nothing was really an inconvenience.
The blankets had cigarette holes in them and it was a non-smoking room.
The quietness was great bcs me and my husband was there for our father funeral so I really got to relax I liked that and the pool sitting and ur own Lil balcony that was nice
The burn holes in my blanket bcs I got a room for smoking I should not have had a blanket with burn holes did not like that bcs I spent my money for a nice room which was nice to I got to the burns in the blanket and having to go so far to get ice other then that it was ok
Convenience and ease of access from major roadway.
Room was to be NS but certainly had a musty, smokey smell to it upon entering.
I only stayed 1 night, but it was decent.
The room was a nice size, close proximity to the high way and stores.
The breakfast area is separated from the sleeping rooms. Especially when it's cold outside.
Only the location was ok. The staff on duty was polite but could not do anything and did know anything. The lobby/registration area was the only bldg. That looked good. But it is obvious that this building which is detached was much newer that the buildings with the guest rooms.
-Upon arrival we looked at several rooms before deciding to check in as the overall appearance of the hotel from the outside and the surrounding area looked suspect. -Each room smelled of smoke and/or lots of disinfectant!! These were supposed to be non-smoking rooms! -After looking at the rooms we were not really impressed. We are accustom to much better. We sat in the lobby/registration area and called around to other hotels in the area before we checked in. -However, all the other hotels in the area were booked up. By now we needed to make a decision because we were hosting an event nearby and needed to get settled in somewhere so we could prepare ourselves for the evening. - Once we got in the room and were getting settled in and dressed for the evening, we were greeted with roaches!! Yes, several roaches. We took pictures of them. -We had to call the front desk. She offered another room. So now had pack everything and put it in the car to move. We ended up just leaving in the car because we didn't want roaches to crawl into our belongings. By now we ran out of time and we late getting to our own event. Our guest arrived before us!! - After the event - about 2am - we checked with other hotels again hoping some of their reserved guests didn't show up, but no rooms were available. So we had to return to this dive. -Now it was late and cold and we were tired so we went back to the hotel t the different room. -We only took inside what we needed to sleep, we were still concerned about roaches. This room smelled a little better and we only saw one dead bug along the wall. However, the filters in the room were not clear and using the heat caused us to wake up very stuffed up. Also, the lining in the curtains were somewhat dry rotted and case light to come in the room early. -This was one of our worse hotel experiences. -To date we still haven't been able to have communication with the manager, Dan Patel.
outdated, needs modernizing
Room was clean and maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
