Hotel Elan  

Courtous staff, great location for attending HP pavillion show. More ammenities than expected- hairdryer, microwave, coffee, tea, refridge.

Bathroom wasn't super clean however we didn't use the shower anyway.

the window was broken and I ask front desk to repair it but when we returned was still broken we where not able to close it but the rest was perfect thank you

The room and it's bed are big enough for two. I also like the bath room, with jacouzi.

The room and the breakfast lounge, which is in the receptions lack cleanliness, I have been sneezing for minutes just I get the first time.

Its was not directly in the city but only a $10 taxi ride to the hp pavillion. Excelent service and location for the price and in a good neighborhood

This was one of the few available rooms on this date. The price was reasonable for this city.

The hotel is located in a poorly maintained area on the city. It offers few services. Staff appear to do what is expected of them.

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Nice front office assistance and competent cleaning crew. Logistics and "FREE PARKING" were great!! Continental breakfast was definitely adequate...

We had a horrible experience, with people looking in our windows, no ice, terrible staff, awful room. Definitely concerned about booking with you again.

Nothing, they did not keep my original room reserved. I reserved 2 beds and was forced to take their last room left, a single bed room. They gave my reserved room to someone else, and I had to accept it. No refund allowed. Nothing they could do. Needless to say it was a fleabag hotel.

Cheap price and only charged $20 for pet while others charge $75. Room design was fine and the grounds were well kept, but the room needs a makeover. The people at the desk were very kind. I got a scare at first when I saw a double billing on my credit card, but only one billing went through.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Das war mit Abstand das lauteste/ hellhörigste Hotel in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Man konnte jedes Wort aus den Nachbarzimmern hören. Den Verkehr hat man auch so hören können, als ob dieser durch das Zimmer gefahren wäre.Man sollte sich unbedingt ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite geben lassen wenn man dort übernachtet. Das Bad war zwar sauber aber sehr alt und abgenutzt. Frühstück gab es nur bis um 9:00 Uhr. Ich weiss nicht was es zum Früstück gab. Wird aber nicht die Welt gewesen sein, weil es ist an der Rezeption ausgegeben worden.

Spa tub was awesome! Staff was super helpful for everything.

location to where i was going (convention center), security guard!

Dirty, Blood on shower curtain, Hair in tub, bad neighbor hood, lots of noise, would not go outside except to leave, refrigerator did not work properly, security lock on door was 1/2 not there had to put fridge and table in front of door, spa tub 1/2 jets did not work.

Area hotel was located in. I was woken up at 5:30am by a man banging on my door and it felt very unsafe. I also witnessed a domestic violence disbute near the hotel and called the police.
