Sorry but knowing how cold this weekend was the heat should have been set higher for our arrival. We walked in to a very cold room, cold bed, no extra blankets, thin blanket, and it took 2 hours to heat up the room....Breakfast was limited and coffee was not hot.
Location for the town was adequate. Decent breakfast. One attendant very friendly.
Smell in room a bit. Mattress hard. Refused to negotiate when I had to leave a day early.
Fastest internet in the room ever. Very clean, very quiet. Friendly and very hospitable staff. We had some special needs which they took care of graciously.
The breakfast was simple, but you couldn't expect more in a snowstorm!
The staff is attentive to your needs. Parking easy. Quiet location. Room amenities sufficient. Good value for the price.
Pillows were rather small. Had a king bed, so had to use all four pillows to sleep and read.
room was freezing even with heat set at 72 degrees
The staff was so nice & accommodatin & helpful & reassuring. My husband left his travel kit & they went to the room right away to get it for us when I said we were on our way back. I was worried about checking in late but was reassured when I called someone would be there whenever we checked in. The room was clean, spacious, the bathroom clean. They helped with places to eat as it was later when we got there. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. We are planning a trip back & plan on staying there!
That we couldn't stay longer...we were very, very happy
Front desk person helpful.
Poor breakfast choices. No coffee ready, left and had breakfast down the street. Smelled of smoke in lobby and room.
We ordered an accessible room, which was confirmed by you as well as a direct call to the motel. Our room was totally inaccessible - steps, no grab bars, bathroom layout inaccessible, etc.,etc. I requested a refund of half the room price because of these, but have not heard back from their management.
Considerate manager, customer oriented, great service Petet
Room's door exactly behind coridor entrance door.
Room shabby, chairs coming apart, bathtub tile grout was moldy black in places (needs bleach cleaning), radio didn't work. Front venetian blind fell down when adjusted.
Location was good and the people were very friendly.
The room was very outdated and smelled of a mint room freshener. The bathroom shower curtain had mildew on it.
A little dated
Rooms were very unkept, old and run down we heard our neighbour all night.
Room was ready before 3pm. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Room service was excellent.
The staff was very professional and courteous.
The room smelled strongly of chemicals, even with the window open. The bathroom smelled like urine. Another person's crumpled towel was left in the bathroom. I was surprised that Booking.com included this motel as an option, because it was so unpleasant.
Rather tired looking, the facility setting (parking lot, buildings, and general ambience) was bleak, and the price rather high for this level of accommodation (should have been around $79). Breakfast was particularly disappointing. Wonder Bread for toast and packets of glue-like jelly. Cereal choice very limited. Coffee mediocre.
The staff was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable! Well worth the change in interary to stay there. It was a great place to stay!
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good. I liked the benches outside the door to sit and relax watching the mountain views.
Kitchen area was too small
Location in Williamstown is convenient to college - but it's a small town anyway.
Service, price, value for money. Arrived at 10:30 after long day. Desk clerk said, "be right with you" as he proceeded to do God knows what on the computer. Phone rings, he answers - I'm still standing there. Has lengthy conversation about room availability and price - I'm still standing there. Hangs up phone, begins check in process. Phone rings again - he stops checking me in to answer. Another lengthy conversation with previous caller who's trying to negotiate price. I'm still standing there. Get the picture? Plus, rate was $160 a night for a HOWARD JOHNSONS PEOPLE! I'm not a snob - but this isn't even close to a $100/night location. But you take what you can get. Will try never to return. Was reasonably clean - that's the best I can say.
The credit card that was used to book this hotel was debited for the cost of the room. When I arrived at the hotel I was told the card had not been debited and I had to pay. I had a different card with me at the time and paid. When I got home 3 wks later I discovered the problem!
Night manager very helpful
Staff very pleasant. Beautiful location. A bit dated but suits it's purpose
Suite room quite spacious.
Incomplete set of towels upon arrival.
