Good rooms microwave & fridge - great staff good housecleaning

Parking is tight

The staff was outstanding and they went over and above.

1) GPS couldn't located the hotel. 2) Too small 3) coffee maker was very dirty 4) No stopper in a bathtub, no hot bath 5) No movie channels Over priced!

I liked the price if the rooms.

I didnt like noise. I could hear doors opening and closing from next doir and upstairs. The insulation of the walls are not good. The parking lot was a little tight and sometimes difficult to park in.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and reasonably spacious.

I was disappointed that they didn't allow late checkout, even though they didn't seem busy. I had to leave my room by 11am and my flight from sfo didn't leave until 10:35pm. Also the "deluxe breakfast" wasn't so deluxe.

Convenient for airport, free shuttle service an save a day's car rental if you have an early flight. Reasonable restaurant over the road

Faulty drainage on bathroom sink. In fairness they did their best to fix it, but the fault had re-occurred the following morning. Otherwise no problems.

Not to far from things. The people were nice. well be staying there again.

Can't say I didn't like anything everything was good.

The two desks clerks were extremely friendly. Angela only started 2 weeks ago and she handled some stressful mornings very calmly. And for a tiny, little person I was impressed how she handled the maids during a work meeting which I overheard. Andy was amazingly efficient and went way out of his way to answer any question about the area. If he didn't know something he would take the time to google it and would give us a print out. And being an extremely happy, good natured person while ding it.

The flower boxes, which have a watering system, need to be watered. My traveling partner used our ice bucket and watered the one nearest our room,

I hurt my foot in the bathroom because of a piece of metal The TV remote control didn't work The breakfast is awful. Only to table to seat!!!! And when you ask for hot milk, they tell you to eat in your room!!! Finally they did it. A little noisy because close to 101

Handy for the airport with regular free shuttle

Reception tried to charge me a higher rate than the one I had booked

room decor was surprisingly warm and welcoming.

Needed a place to stay for the night and it was a great night spent. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and great price!

Close to airport Excellent public transportaion connections to downtown San Francisco and Candlestick Park Nice and quiet

The shuttle service from the airpot was confusing because there is another Howard Johnson closeby (In Bruno)

Convenient for the airport. Free shuttle to terminals.

Noise, people talking outside room, traffic and people running up and down stairs. Americans always seem to talk very loud. Decor in the bathroom was very 'tired'. No plugs for sink and bath. Bath fittings were coming away from the wall.

Location too far away from convenince store and food court

Combo of shuttle and Bart and Muni made it easy and cheap to get into and all around SF.

Easy to get to and from the airport with the free shuttle which ran very frequently and late into the night and early in the morning.

Good price, location close to the airport ( free shuttle), location close to market street ( 15 min by car)

Was all perfect

The girl who worked the front desk was cute, I have nothing good to say about the room though.

Warn out to the point of falling apart, creepy dirty tub shower, dirty carpet, cracked tile, broken rusty tub fixtures, noisy freeway right in back of the hotel intersection on the front side, so you hear squeaky brakes and trucks taking off and the hum of the freeway all night night long.

The Chinese transit bus driver couldn't speak English - left at airport over 90minutes as bus read North San Fransico when it went to South San Francisco!!!

In general it seemed like the place could use a 'sprucing up'. It didn't necessarily bother me, but I noticed it.

Relatively good value as compared to SF city. Free parking and easily accessible. Room is clean and secured.

The basin top in the bathroom was broken. Tap was leaking hot water all the time but no repair was done. The hotel advertised its breakfast as "luxurious" which was quite a joke. It's just any standard offerings, no complains but definitely not luxurious.

Cheap, convenient, did exactly what we wanted at a good value price.
