Hotel close to downtown. Staff friendly. We had severe hail one night which broke out windows on the second floor. The young night manager took over completely and did an excellent job getting everyone new rooms.

The staff. The beds were very comfortable.

I wished there had been a night light in the bathroom. We had to leave the bathroom light on with the exhaust fan going throught the night. The coffee maker did not work but it was replaced immediately.

No junkies...typical american hospitality, decent, very polite people

Chair & ottoman was soiled and worn and appearance of room was tired and old yet they wanted to charge me a no refundable fee of $50 for my small crated dog! This info was not given when booked! They did finally waive the fee. The rate of 129. Plus tax was exorbitant for the room,

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Very quiet hotel except truck traffic.

Hotel was replacing all front tile flooring but staff did all they could to greet and check us in...we didn't suffer at all. Needs some updating in room.

The receptionist/clerk at the desk was the best. At the time we were there; the on site manager had just quit with no notice. This gal was left to sort out the mess. She had only worked there 3 mos. Prior to this. She was a real "trooper' and did her best to remedy any mistakes, inconveniences. It was her pleasant attitude under difficult circumstances that left a strong impression on us. Hopefully the owner of this hotel will recognize that and appreciate it.

The rooms were not 100 % clean. There were several large dead moths in our room. Housekeeping should've seen that and cleaned up prior to our check in. They must have been overlooked for some time. Although the rooms were not luxurious they were adequate.

A very nice suite. the staff was friendly and very helpful. The manager, Tina, went above and beyond. She was even faced with a "difficult" customer, and diffused the situation quickly, and left the customer and her friends completely happy. She has a natural giftin the hospitality business. Amazing woman!

Friendly staff. Only charged half the usual pet rate for our little 8 lb. Dog.

We received no maid service during a 2 night weekend stay. The maid was in our hallway cleaning when we left for the day and completely skipped our room! That was disappointing! Hotel referred us to the corporate office; should have a better system. A big part of what you pay for at a hotel is maid service and we received none. Also, no outside security. The card scanner for the back door didn't work!

Very large, nice room; good bed and very good "hot" Continental breakfast bar. My spouse and I would not hesitate to "book again" if we get back to Fredericksburg, Texas.

Ho Jo's was very value friendly! Staff was very nice!

Our room #116 was in need of some maintenance. Dusty on tops of TV cabinet. Bathroom needed TLC. Shower head, tissue holder and wallpaper in bad shape. Refrigerator needed adjusting, door dragged floor. Needed some refurbing. Newer linens/bed coverings needed!

Nothing !!

1) Upon entering hotel dirty water/mop bucket left at front desk - smelled horrible 2) women's bathroom by front desk out of order ! and could not check into room for 3 more hours 3) used condom wrapper in bedside drawer with loose change and candy wrappers. Used q tip on bathroom floor and then to top it all off room not cleaned at all 2nd day!!!!! 4 )No excuses just apologized and offered to take $20 off my bill for no clean towels , dirty sheets and disgusting debris left fro previous guest !!

The staff was friendly and attentive.

The walls are really, really thin, and the noise levels both in adjoining rooms and in the lobby area was unacceptably loud. This was not the fault of the staff, but a bit more quiet would be nice.

Their Continental Breakfast was very good.

We had to wait until 5 p.m. to check in due to Spring Break commotion.

Price - compared to other hotels in the area

No refreg in my room since I had a 2 double beds, the same room with a king size bed had a refreg in the room. Very disappointing. If this was disclosed that the room with 2 beds did not have, I would have selected the king room. Just because of the refreg issue.

The Pillows were soft and the bed was pillow type that was very comfortable. I liked Flat screen TV, Chair was nice and I liked the Refrig in the room.

Under Chair old pop corn and trash. The Bathroom was a little old looking and had roof plaster falling down around vent fan. Shower curtain rod was also slipping down needs tightening.

The hotel is close to the restaurants and shopping.

There were no wash cloths in the room and the shower didn't spray good enough.
