What I liked most was that I did not contract an incurable disease while I stayed there.
Rooms were disgusting. Stains all over the floors, walls and ceiling. There was a blood stain on our mattress along with a variety of other stains. Ac unit was dirty and smelled awful. My friends room was just as bad. Hole in his ceiling that was repaired badly. Water damage. Possibly poop on the wall. The room smelled awful. Water from faucet was brown. The doors didn't shut properly. Our bed was tossed on top of 2 other mattresses which mad the entire thing unstable. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
room needed repair all over, red stain on garbage can, wrong coffee filter for coffee pot, way too expensive for what is offered. Should be fresh cooffee put out for people who leave between 6 to 7am
The bed was really comfy. It was quiet and easy to find. The restaurant/bar next door was actually great, food, drinks and live band!
Rooms could be updated
Price Staff friendly TV worked well Air conditioner worked well
Needed MAJOR updating No elevators
The staff was welcoming and professional. Would recommend easily.
the sheets and towels were clean. Bed was comfortable. Location worked out well for us. It appeared to be vacuumed and wiped down.
The hallway carpet was old and bumpy. Looked like it was attempted to have been cleaned but was so old and worn it should be replaced. The couch in the room was soiled looking. There were splashes of something on several of the walls and the ceiling had an area where it had been leaking and needed attention. The "breakfast room" was small and tables were pushed together and rather cramped. Breakfast was bagels, little Debbie donut holes, cereal, juice, coffee, milk. It was okay. We wondered if the hotel was in the middle of being refurbished or if it is what it will be.
Not very clean or welcoming, but it was ok for a night.
The beds were very comfortable
I saw in an add that they had a shuttle to Foxwood but not so.
Beds were very comfortable, staff was kind and accommodating.
Sheets were not clean, found what looked like old blood stain on the sheet.
Smoky smell in lobby and hotel Mold in fridge and bathtub No elevator Sketchy men hanging around outside at night
Room was dirty, holes in the bed covers, paint on the carpet, it did not look like the carpet had been cleaned in a very long time. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone until it is cleaned up.
The one thing that was good was the wifi.
Very old hotel, Backdoor did not closed, because the lock was broken. A strange smell throughout the hotel Very dirty windows
Staff was very nice Convenient location
Old and tired Scary beddings Cheap perfume odor
It was clean and roomy
Needed an update
If u smoke u will not like that he only has 2 smoking rooms in the entire facility... I smoke so if I get there next time and he doesn't have any smoking rooms available, I will not stat there... No balcony and i'm not going all the way downstairs and outside to smoke... Otherwise no complaints about my stay...
Good price, clean, free wi-fi. Certainly not the Sheraton, but a good place if you're looking to save some money.
Availability on Holiday Weekend.
Room quality below what I expect for a budget hotel.
The coffee facilities were very poor and I had to ask for tea and milk
Entire hotel needs to be renovated. Carpets were filthy. Desk clerk not friendly, rude.
The location and price
The continental breakfast could have been better.
There was no elevator in the building and the staircase was narrow and steep to get to the 2nd floor. The "included" breakfast was boxed donuts and cereal...we went out for our breakfasts...The Inn was better suited for someone who just needed a place to sleep before hitting the road again...
it was clean
needs updating, had an odor , bed was not comfortable.
Staff was very pleasant & accommodating. It was cleaner than I expected. The key fob was cool to open the doors. You did not have to insert the card into a slot to open the door rather just pass it over the sensor and the door opened. That is unique and convenient when carrying things in your hands. The paint / wallpaper design of the multicolors was a nice touch. Carpet was soft to my bare feet.
Would have been helpful to my friend who is in a wheelchair to have at least one apartment available with a handicap shower, however, the sink in the entrance hall and wide paths around the beds were very accommodating to his needs.
