Location as to where we wanted to stay and short notice Res
Very comfortable beds and clean room
Shower was not hot enough
the location is great
it looks like a dump. weeds and old trashy building and a outdoor pool that needs to be filled in.
The rooms were not clean. The carpet was nasty and we got black feet walking barefoot. The entrance to the place has a steep ramp. Beware if you have a long vehicle with a hitch, you'll scrape it. (several gouges on the pavement proved we were not the only ones)
Not much I can think off
Outside was gross beds gross bathroom gross hair dryer blew up on us
They advertise a pool and jacuzzi that are not useable and appeared to not have been used in years. It's false advertising there is no evidence what so ever that they are renovating the pool area like was quoted at check in.
The building and the room were in poor condition and poorly maintained. I feel that I was grossly overcharged, at better than $90/per day for such a run-down room. I won't be back.
It did have most of the the amenities that a very expensive hotel would have, such as a safe, iron, coffee maker etc. The owners were very courteous.
The Internet made this look like a very clean motel but, it was not. The Pool was " under Construction" ( but I will Bet you that it will still be "Under Construction" a year from today!!) Undesireable even if it were up and running! The grounds were filthy durty. If Asked: Would I refer this Motel to a friend? No way !!!!!
The location was easy to find. The pricing was good.
Breakfast was to start at 6 am but was not ready until 6:30. There are no amenities; the pool has been out of commition for years. I told them at the front desk that I would not be leaving until the afternoon and that was ok with them. At 11 am I got a call, from the front desk, asking me when I was checking out and then someone knocked on my door and then looked in through the window. Poor Communication.
The outlets were coming out of the wall when we plugged our phones in. Just very run down!
The beds and bathroom were clean.
This place is pretty run down and ghetto. They need to invest some money and make the place a little more presentable, when touching up paint, paint the whole wall instead of several different colors for each paint patch job.
The pool needs to be removed. It's an eyesore. Several hanging out near stairwells, smoking and drinking. Made it difficult for me to pass by. The cleanliness of the room was marginal. I know I didn't pay much, but I guess I expected more. Thank you.
Walls are thin. Doors between rooms inhibits privacy.
Cable TV The room seemed clean
The staff tried to overcharge me, and I had to point out that I had been quoted a different rate. The hotel itself was relatively run down and the rooms were very small. The toilet kept running and we had to keep fixing it to get it to flush. The pool was out of order, and did not look like they were working on getting it back in order any time soon.
The room was clean
The buildings need repair and updating. The pool looks like it has been empty for years. The place has 0 street appeal. We almost did not stay there because of the way it looks, scary!
I liked the price & our view of the mountains.
The only reason I switched to Howard Johnson's for this trip was for the better breakfast & pool with hot tub for the same price. Well, it was under construction, that should really be disclosed upfront, on the website for reservations. If I'd known, I would have stayed at my regular spot.
Not happy the staff didn't care. Not very nice. The pool was not working and it didn't say that when I booked it. Very disappointed. The staff could have been much nicer!!
No pool like the internet said.
The staff was very nice and friendly.
The one bed had blood on the sheets before we checked in. The ground needed to be Cleaned . The pool was broken and needs a lot of work, just start over again to get a nice pool. There was no coffee pot to brew the coffee. I suggest calling a professional team in to do the landscaping, the weeds have over grown and taken over. I was very disappointed. It was not the Howard Johnson that I have experienced in the past. It was a bad VISIT.The picture that you use is not fair to people, it is not a true picture of the reality of what is behind the doors. You need to research the hotels better and be honest to the people who use your website.
Lots of parking space available.
All else was bad
Room prize was the only positive side of this trip
Front desk person was not professioanal. Charged two rooms on my card when my friend and I had separate booking. I had specifically signed up for a non smoking room but he gave me a smoking one and when i asked to change he told me the room is non smoking someone just removed the sign from the door (big lie). I had a great experiance at Howard Johnson's in SLC but please dont stay at Bringham one.
The price and continental breakfast. Had a problem with the dead bolt and the management came right up to fix it.
The bed sheets were disgusting. Yellow spots all over the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed. The comforter was disgusting as well. As we were leaving we watched the lady cleaning the rooms take sheets from one used room and take them into another used room. The pool was closed and there was no notice about that. The roof was in the the actual swimming pool/hot tub. Couldn't get the TV to work either.
clean, good bed, heater works fine
