Quiet room. All appliances worked. Will stay again if in N Y
The second room we were assigned to was clean and tidy but as I mentioned in what I did not like, the noise level was very disturbing and we did not get a good nights rest.
Our first room was disgusting and was not clean prior to us entering. We had to call the front desk to have the room changed. Additionally, during the early morning (3 am - 4am) there was a lot of noise and laughing and screaming. We called the front desk to find out what was going on. We did not have comfortable sleep and wanted my money returned. We checked out of the room in the early morning since we were not comfortable.
Very close to the subway, easily connected to Manhattan and JFK.
Missing some tomato and olive oil in breakfast area. Some ham and cheese would be good as well. Heat system in the room is a bit noisy.
very quiet excellent breakfast
The staff was very helpful and the room was a more than adequate for my needs. The location is not wonderful in terms of getting out and about. However, proximity to the subway is easy and convenient.
Once you were in/at the hotel, you were able to do little else other than be there...no exploring the neighborhood -- or at least it's not inviting. Didn't like that the room safe was broken.
From my room on the 7th floor I had a nice view of the Queensboro/Ed Koch Bridge and a fair view of the NYC skyline. Basic hotel breakfast but was clean and staff was on hand
Located on an industrial street and hotel parking is now $25 per night

Its not about hotel but i suggest that if you can than rent a car rather using Taxis as its going to be more expensive if you are on vacation and go different places. Best is to go for BigBus tour and get off where you and ride back from selected stop (Hop Off - Hop On)
Close to LGA Close to Subway station (few stops to Times Square) Breakfast is good
There was no daily housekeeping service Room is small but i guess it is common in NYC
I loved the continental breakfast. I didn't want to leave. It was perfect.
Everything. Customer service was awesome
Time to leave wanted to stay another day
Close to subway, free breakfast with lovely breakfast staff, good value for nyc, clean room and comfy bed
We were made to move rooms without notice arrived back one night to be told we needed to change room due to renovations it would be nice to know in advance. Then we moved rooms left a bottle of wine in old room went down to reception they were less than helpful. Next day went to reception again still no help as to where our misplaced bottle of wine could be finally upon check out they different staff seemed helpful to try and track it down but seemed to late so they couldn't find it. The rooms are clean but the hallways stink of smoke.
Price Location Comfort Quiet
The position (5 min walk from the subway, then 10 min to Manhattan), the comfortable bed, the efficent wi-fi, the bathroom was pretty new, the cleanliness was just excellent.
The choices for the breakfast were a bit poor, but we knew it already.
The ease of getting into the city. Train with 5 min. ride to Manhattan is located one block(2 min walk from hotel) away.
Construction going on. Very loud thumps and banging early in the morning. Room had no internet, although they advertise free internet. Room was not as clean as I would have liked. Smell of Marijuana in the corridor. Free breakfast was horrible. Staff did not respect the DND sign on the door. Location is literally across the street from the hood. Late evening travel not suggested!
No. Come t
the breakfast and the breakfast crew were amazing.
we booked another hotel and found out it did not have a refrigerator. So weary booked with sleep in to get a refrigerator. However the refrigerator was broke throughout our whole day.
Location + price - easy subway access, clean and nice hotel.
Breakfast was not very good (but was no extra charge so I am not complaining - but didn't eat it after first morning.....)?
Everything in the hotel is easy and convenient: hot bath, wi-fi, heated room, comfortable bed, etc.
I did not see places to eat nearby. But I was in winter (begin January).
The moment we walked in the hotel.....the view of the Queens bridge and empire state building and the buildings around was breathe taking. The room it self was amazing. Clean and very welcoming. The location of the hotel made it very easy to catch the subway and back. I would most definitely come back.
too much noise around the hotel. alarm sounding during the wee hours of the morning
Location is good and clean... breakfast is just normal...
The hotel is two blocks from the F line which is two stops from Manhattan.
I found street parking a few blocks away from the hotel and saved $25 a night. Make sure to call the hotel about parking before you arrive otherwise there may not be any spaces available. The wi-fi was very unreliable and slow when it did connect. The water was warm at best in the morning and evening. I was able to take a hot shower at 11 at night. The TV reception was fuzzy and standard def on every channel.
