The bed was comfy.

The heater wasn't automatic so it wasn't stopping itself, we had to wake up middle in the night so shut it off. The shower head was noisy. (yes it was making like a crying baby sound when you turn it on). there is no shower rob. you have to dry yourself with towels. there is no slippers, and probably the carpet is not clean enough to step on after taking shower. the breakfast was joke; slice of bread, jelly, butter and coffee. they require to pay deposit, some money before check in even though you ve booked the suit online with no extra money deposit policy.

they don't show my booking on their system, and likely that there was a room available. I wonder how booking .com misplaced my reservation.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful.

The room itself was clean, the staff were courteous.

There was an issue with ants. There were traps out, and as we only saw a few to start, by morning there were a large group of them as I had left a cup out with some juice in it. I understand that it's not an easy thing to deal with but perhaps an exterminator would be a better use of money vs. small ant traps.

it's kinda rough. good if you only need a place to sleep. breakfast was pretty much horrible.

The bed was uncomfortable. The mini fridge had a lock to open it. The room was outdated. As we were packing up to leave I found a pair of shoes under the bed that did not belong to me or my boyfriend.

The best price for the standard of the room, but the mattresses need to be upgraded. they are too hard.

Room was large but the furniture was old the room smelt musty. The beds were made every other day which wasn't clear at time of booking, When I asked for fresh towels it took 10mins of discussion before they were provided. Having said that it was very cheap. I guess you get what you pay for

room was pretty disgusing, ugly dirty carpet even iron burn very visable, nasty looking furniture, rooms have had zero upkeep, but did appear cleaned, bath clean, hopefully sheets??

The location as it is near the airport

It is not somewhere to stay for pleasure, it is not that cheap and certainly not that good. beware when booking as I wasn't aware that I had booked for 7 days car parking when I had a hire car which I was returning the next day when I flew out. I had to accept the rate as booked when I arrived. Not really a good hotel.

The location was close to the Rain Forest cafe and not too far from Century Link field. It had breakfast as well included with the price. The staff was friendly. Lobby nice.

No pool, it's filled in with concrete. Very rough neighborhood literally prostitues walking the street in front of the hotel, 3 of them at 8am. A muslim center is across the street. A surprising amount of people walking all over like crazy in the wee hours of the morning, associated with the muslim center. A block away at the Shell gas station we watched the cops arrest a man, taze him 3 times and spray mace in his face, literally 20 feet from us. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, one of them was in a room without a tv. We like for both beds to be able to view the tv. No boiled eggs for breakfast. There was cereal, oatmeal and muffins which was nice. I like to have boiled eggs for protein in the am. Powdered coffee creamer which is ok, but the liquid creamer cups are so much better.

At least there were no bed bugs ... sheets were thin but appeared to be clean ... air conditioner worked

The mattresses were worn out, springs sticking out ... pillows were flat, hard and used up, and there were not enough of them ... smoke and mildew smell so bad that it permeated our clothes (was supposed to be a non-smoking room ... no blankets on the second bed ... kitchen cabinets and counters had not been wiped down for some time, ants happily snacking on the dried food bits ... toilet loose, nearly bucked you off everytime you sat down ... tv did not work as advertised (network only, no movies) ... the carpet was filthy, worn, and badly patched ... motel room was overall shabby and smelly - the owners clearly are interested in making their money and in not putting a penny back into maintenance.

A lot of travelers were going or coming from the airport. This seemed a popular place for park & fly.

The only positive about this hotel is its proximity to the airport

This hotel is a dump. It is ridiculously overpriced. The surrounding neighborhood has lots of graffiti and is not the best. The rooms are old and need updating. The mattresses are old, hard and stiff. And our room had a musty, foul smell. To let you know how bad this hotel is, we looked at the room (and sat on the bed - probably not a good idea considering the overall cleanliness of the room) and stayed at a different hotel even though we could not get a refund since it was a pre- paid rate. Stay far away from this tourist trap!
