Good price, but do not expect anything else.
Wi-fi only available in the main hall. No maintenance in the hotel, AC very noise.
1) Staff deceives 2) a lot of cockroaches 3) Dirty 4) Criminal District
You pay cheap, you get cheap. Lesson learned. The remote and telephone did work. No hand or face towels. The toilet was not bolted down and leaked. The bathtub had mildew on the caulking and ceiling. We got a trashed out room, the furnishing were old and in sad shape. We were given a sub-standard room when the hotel was at best at 25% full.
Under any circumstances don't try this hotel. It îs the worst hotel I ever saw în Florida.
I couldn't enjoy my stay at all given that every night I was eaten by bed bugs!!! Othervise it could have been nice, the room was spacious and the swimming pool was OK.
Very dirty stairway.
close to old town in kississimee
everything, beds were hard, staff was rude, pool was nasty
The room bathroom sink no soap not enough of towels
If I was travelling by my self I'll probably stay here again but no with children's
It is located where You can easily get to parks.
Room service for cleaning is not so good
Damp smell black walls damp bedding (started asthma attack) cockroaches on bed broken toilet no towels no coffee making facilities broken door latch noisy aircon cockroaches in lift one bagel or cereal for breakfast. Walkin rate half the cost of online booking but who would pay for that!!
close to the parks
its a cheap motel, so its rather dirty, other guests are not always friendly and dont expect too much from wifi or breakfast
Start with the staff, when I first walked in they were lost. Bickering amongst themselves. One had her daughter there and said she wasn't working that day but was behind the counter. The room, the first room they gave me had a puddle of water on the floor when you first walked in. and the weather stripping around the door was gone. Then the second room they gave me had no towels and when I went to the desk to tell them she asked me how many do I need. As many as you put when you set up a room! It took half an hour to get some towels. And again no seal around the door. The tv, half the channels were bad quality. No hot water! No working phones.
Do not stay here. The floors are dirty tile and the rain came in from under the door. There were bugs and a man in a wife beater watched me walk into my room from his balcony. The sheets were disgusting. There was a chain link fence around the premises like drug dealers were trying to get in at night. Never again!!!!!!!!!!
We had no towels, there was no staff to take the towels too our room. our friends room had dirty sheets on the beds and they had no extra sheets so at 9pm she had to change rooms
Sleep number beds didn't work, room was not as clean as it should have been.
Price and location
Hotel surroundings cleanliness. Example: Stairs, halls, parking and don't have elevators
Breakfast was lacking
Location and convenience to local venues and Disney and price.
Dirty light fixtures, always had to call for extra towels. Even though I booked four people. I kept getting towels for only two. Long waits at the front desk for any situation. Broken ice machines Limited cable channels Room smelled like smoke
We where looking for a cheap living when going to universal studios and Disney parks. This is a typical motel, I would say. Cheap, but you get what you pay for. The staff was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this for people that aren't planning on staying at the hotel all day.
Like the customer service is great and helpful. I give the front desk a 10 and its sad that they have good customer service and hotel is in poor condition.
The house keeping is horrible and they need to upgrade the hotel and the ac units in the walls.
The door locked, which kept all of the terrifying things outside in the unsupervised and unlit parking lot at bay.
I went to the front desk because the phone didn't work in the room. I asked them if I could get a microwave - to which they said they had incidents which would no longer permit microwaves in the room. I then asked if I could at least have a working phone, to which the front desk worker responded "actually, there's no phone service in the rooms, so it doesn't matter." At least we had hot water for a few minutes a day! No really, it was awful. I urge you to pick up a cardboard box as an alternative place to stay on your visit.
Room was dirty. No towels in the room. Front desk was rude. Shower was cold.
The hotel's hairdryer had been ripped from wall and despite 2 days of asking for new one they failed to comply. Also every single light was missing light bulbs except one. On day 2, housekeeping failed to leave any towels or toilet paper. It took over an hour and 4 trips to main office to get some. The lock on the door was also broken making for a very unsafe feeling in the room.
Not much...if anything. Just that it was very cheap.
The rooms felt like they had a constant line of moisture over everything, even after airing out the room. The wifi was poor at best, since it kept bugging and had us logging in again after ten minutes. The beds were never made, yet there was definitely someone in the room every day, as our towels kept disappearing without replacement, forcing us to go to the reception to get new ones every day. The free shuttle bus to Disney was completely overfilled, making us stand in the aisle and eventually not letting people in. And it smelled very, very bad (think public restroom). Plus the ride is 20 minutes from the hotel if you don't count the other hotels we had to go to. So be prepared to spend at least 45 minutes on the smelly bus.
Location is somewhat ok.
A lot of humidity in the rooms with the bad smell and bugs all around!
