Claremont Kissimmee Hotel (克莱蒙特基西米酒店)  

The staff was very rude , and non helpful. The rooms had no towels ( had to ask for towels 3 times), we had roaches and other things in the room while we stayed there. In all we would never stay there again, or tell anyone nice about are stay. I travel alot and that by far was the worst i have ever seen, or been treated. It's not the first time someone said this.

I like the price. The rooms were nice , clean, and the air condition was excellent !! The location is awesome , especially if your going to Walt Disney World. 10 min from my parking lot to Disneys.

When they cleaned my room the first day they did not replace shampoo, bath soap or toilet paper. Day two, they did not replace clean towels !!! I had to call both days to have them bring me toilet paper, shampoo & towels !!! I had to dry off with my shirt !!! isn't toilet paper & towels the basics in cleaning a room ? Housekeeping got an ' F'

Location to Disney

Drug deals in parking lot at night, poor lighting, no towels in room, no room service until 5pm or so, filthy wood floors, holes in the walls, deadbolt that barely hangs on the molding, rude customer service, horrible breakfast selection, etc. etc. Do not stay here!!!!

The only good thing about this hotel was location. That was it!

Didn't like the staff, breakfast doesn't open until 9, the bed sunk in the middle, there was a cockroach in the bathroom and there were only TWO towels in the entire room! Not even a hand towel!

The room was clean . the coffee and tea facilities. The fridge was aldo good.

The breakfast was very poor. The frontdesk persons needs to trained in de english language and they need Also à training how to treath guest. I Will never go back to this hotel.

Location. Room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for a couple. Faulty coffee machine replaced immediately.

Sharing a towel for 3 days. Having to get the key card reset twice. A microwave would have been nice.

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures..Rooms were disgusting...1st room we went into had urine on it...no towels in rooms....molding on building....second shift staff were rude and lazy... Checkout was about 25 mins... Will never ever go there again

The hotel was very dirty. When we complained the first room the bathroom wall was pushed in the tub was nasty dirty ,I have 2 little children that I would not put in the tub they finally moved us to a new room that had mold on shower curtain and a hole behind toliet. When we were not happy with that it took as all day to cancell rest of our resevation because we booked it online. After all this we actually ended up paying for this terrible stay.

We had no hot water. The continental breakfast consisted of fruit flies around counter and milk, juice sitting on counter not even in. A machine or ice.

The staff was rude I did not get the room I want. I had to call to get a new room there was no towel in the room. The bed was uncomfortable. The sheet on the bed did not fit.

Staff was rude and didn't speak good English. Safety hazard (GFCI in bathroom doesn't work). Internet didn't work in my room.

The location was good. Close to the parks,highway, and food places.

The room was dusty. Have me a sore throat. There was alot hair in the bathtub from the previous person.

The staff was great and took care of anything we needed. The rooms were clean and the pool and hot tub were great as well! The hotel is situated directly in the middle of lots of restaurants, Old Town and other things to do. International drive is literally twenty steps from the hotel, so the drive to Universal was merely 12 minutes or so. I would definately stay again, for the price and what you get, you can't go wrong!

The only thing we had a problem with was the water. When we got up in the morning the first morning, we didn't get any hot water and had to take cold showers. The same happened the next morning. If there is a way for them to fix that, the hotel stay would be fantastic all around!

As USA is not good for Budget travelers, this was the best option, and booking online is a bit cheaper, I being solo had to pay for 4, and the standard is much higher than what a backpacker needs. But I extended my stay as comfort is good.

Breakfast advertised is nearly nonexistent. Cleaners who do the room, are only present but not much done. Paying for 4 persons when you are solo.

Dirty moldy room no wash cloths one towel for two days the bedding was wet the guy at counter had attitude the maid service did not take out trash... I can go on and on.

Low, Low price and location to wdw. The front desk folks were pleasant and tried to be helpful. The beds where made each day.

The need to ask each day for towels for more than two people. Housekeeping was hit and miss. The floors, wood laminate, where not cleaned daily. They advertised a breakfast. We tried it once and all that was available were some bagels and oatmeal.

Could get noisy if reported staff not very responsive.Pool side toilets disgusting and breakfast a disgrace.

I was discouraged by the front desk clerks they are not too professional I requested to clean my room and it was never completed no credit being given will not recommend anyone

the rate was awesome. The beds were comfy.

The outside was dirty and not resort material at all. My room was clean but the sheets were covered in what looked like dirt but i think it was lint

Staff were unhelpful, choosing to carry on personal phone conversations rather than responding to guests. Items for continental breakfast were minimal and not replenished, despite continued intake of guests up to closing time. Coackroach in bathroom wasn't appreciated.
