Champions World Resort  

this hotel was great for our trip as we were looking for somewhere near disney and this place is perfect the rooms were a little dated but were clean and comfortable, rooms cleaned daily . on the grounds were peddle boats, baseball diamonds , swimming pools football fields and also bbq pits set up for your use and movies were played on a big screen at night for the kids. would definitly recommend and will stay again

I would never stay again,our room smelled like mildew. The breakfast Buffett was so nasty. Coffee wad cold,home fries tasted like fish, pancakes were so hard you couldn't cut them. Very disappointed in our stay. Looks nothing like the pictures online. Oh, and to top it off, people who cleaned our room went through our luggage. We should of cancelled our stay on the first night.

I didn't really like anything.

HIdden fees, not enough clean towels even when I asked for more, construction upstairs, unfriendly service at front desk, had to change rooms because of leaking a/c. no channel choices on t.v., claimed to have 3 heated pools and the pool we used was not heated. couldn't provide us with a reciept at check out

The pool was nice. The maids did a great job

Older resort could use upgrading exterier and interier but very clean good value for the money

We stayed at Champions from Monday to Friday, and our stay was Great!!! A Great Deal for your Money! Our room was very clean, the gounds were beautiful and very well kept. My family and I will return to thiis resort on our next trip to Disney since it's so close to all the parks.

you advertised having a heated pool and it wasn't heated at all none of them were. The room had mosquitoes in it and you had to unplug the microwave to use to refrig. The room could use more outlets so you can use more than one thing at a time.

Front desk staff: some were very helpful, others showed poor customer service.

The price, the friendliness of the staff, the location to Disney and the quality for the price.

The room was nice, clean, and big enough for our family. I liked that there was a microwave and small fridge in the room. I also liked that our room had a sofa bed and two full bed. This made it roomier for all of us.

The full size beds are a bit small for my husband and I. We are each over 200 pounds. Two queen beds would be ideal. Also, the heated pool was never heated enough, which made it nearly impossible for us to enjoy with a 7 month old baby. One of the main reasons that my husband and I choose this hotel was for the heated pool. We were disappointed not being able to use it. We both complained to the front desk and nothing was done to correct the issue.

staff was friendly, nothing else

Was dirty in general, specialy the stairs and corridors, in bad shape, we found people working during the day, disturbing the peace. When we came they told us that we had only 2 persons allowed for breakfast since we booked through Booking.com

Requested early check in-kady wouldnt let us check in until 3pm on the nose! My 4 month old daughter was in the lobby screaming and I was about in tears and she would not give us a room. 305 and we can finally get a room. She gives us a room on the back side of the hotel, there are doing construction in the next room, tool laid out in the parking lot, trucks blocking and we can even park in front of our room. Had to go back and get another room. 2Nd room there is no carpet, just dirty sandy tile, fridge was wobbly, internet did not work even in the lobby, asked for extra pillows said they were sold out that night and had none (Really?) left a note for the housekeepers the next morning in our room while we were at Disney for extra pillows and towels. None of the housekeepers spoke english and we didnt end up getting pillows and towels until like 9 or 10 that night.

Despite earlier reports we had no problems. We only stayed for one night and had to leave at 7am the next morning. But we can only say how helpfull the staff were with directions to our next destination
