Champions World Resort  

this hotel was great for our trip as we were looking for somewhere near disney and this place is perfect the rooms were a little dated but were clean and comfortable, rooms cleaned daily . on the grounds were peddle boats, baseball diamonds , swimming pools football fields and also bbq pits set up for your use and movies were played on a big screen at night for the kids. would definitly recommend and will stay again

Rates were cheap and hotel was good for price

no coffee pot in room and no free coffee offered in office.

There was a little surprise in the back of the resort that was great! Walking trails, sport field, areas to play different sports, pond to go paddle boating in; my children enjoyed that very much and it was very laid back so nice. The pools were also nice and we had a good time in them too. Make sure to get a remodeled room - big difference in feel. Clean inside and out. Great place to stay will stay again!

Our first room was not remodeled and the air did not work; felt like a truckers special; was clean just not up to date. The staff tried to fix the air but could not so they were very nice in getting us to another room. The new room was remodeled what a difference! We decided then that we would stay another night and not move to a different hotel and then we found the secret in the back of the resort and they kids had a blast! Great place. The resort should remodel all their rooms so everyone can be happy with their stay it made a huge difference, we will be back.

U would need a car if u are going some where other then disney we spent a lot on taxi as its so far away from must things they advised free shuttle to universal but it really cost 16 per person return there was a smell of must out of the carpets they clean ur room avery day I planted some t on the ground one day to see if they would pick it up but it was there for 2 days and I ended up picking it up we had to walk through 3 fields to get to the shop and they dont tell u about extra charges we got hit with

The room was really big and clean. The hotel also has three nice pools (one of them even heated and covered).

It's location to Disney.

Our room smelled like moth balls and the pillows were uncomfortable.

It filled it's purpose since we only slept in the room.

Very noisy. You could hear exactly what your neighbours were saying.

The staff was wonderful, we got lost getting there and the staff was paitence and kind to make sure we got there. The location was convienent, lots of restraunts and shopping on the main road The large covered heated pool, and the nightly disney movies under the stars were the best things about the place...the kids loved them.

The hotel looked better in the pictures, it was in need of paint and some maintanence. Like the railings were loose...and we were on the 2nd story with kids! I was taken back when at check in they handed us a list of 16 safety precautions due to safety risks in the area. I was nervous the entire time. Lighting on the backside of the complex ( where we were) was lacking. The carpets were filthy..the bed spreads were old. The room smelled funny when we got there. Like old smoke and food. It is somewhat difficult to exit the complex, traffic on the main road in front is constant and fast, we witnessed 2 accidents of guests pulling out in the 4 days we were on property. I am not sure if we would stay there again. If the rate were 1/2 what we paid it would be a deal. But personallly I would stay somewhere else next time if I had to pay the same nightly rate.

We left an item in the safe. they did everything they could to ensure we got it back. Was very helpful in this situation.

That they did not have our reservation. They had to find it. Felt it should have been all ready as I had asked for early check in and first floor rooms.

Wanted a non smoking room.. Got a room that had funky smelll they moved us but to a room that had ajoining room and they smoked in the room.. I have allergies and couldn't breath

Conveniently located; pool seemed nice, although we didn't use it and it had a leak and wasn't available anyway.

A bit antequated; needs to be renovated. Beds were hard. The door didn't closed all the way, even when locked. Noticed an extra $25 charge on my bill (still pending) for which I cannot understand why, nor the desk person.

Very old, rooms not very well maintained, shuttle to Disney was awful

The beds were very uncomfortable, there were bugs in the room, every night while the washer and dryer were on, you would hear a knocking noise from them and couldnt sleep.
