The staff was inside of the market and it was no clear if they were the people in charge of receiving customers. The breakfast was included but was really poor. Just a coffee

Recent build hotel. Not too far from the freeway.

Motel situated adjacent to a gas station...The mini-market is the 'reception' area... Breakfast was presented as a cup of coffee from the minim-market's coffee corner, a banana and one danish, two if one would be hungry. No breakfast room, no tables or chairs... It is unacceptable that the prices are multiplied by 3 or 4 during (large race event in Monterey ), for the hotel/room/service 'quality' stays the same, ditto the breakfast. This hotel, like all other hotels are milking the tourists only because there is an event. But the service and quality remains basic. If one is only passing by and needs a room the price may be reasonable (89US).

not much, was disappointed in the room and the service

the false advertisement of free wifi, which never worked, and all the false advertising. There was not much that worked and the rooms were smokey smelling. It was a true disappointment for the money I paid, I would rather stay at a holiday in for that same kind of money.

Das Howard Johnson Marina ist sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers war ok. Lage auch. Internet unkompliziert und gut nutzbar.

Nachts wars (Tankstelle gleich neben Motel) ein bisschen laut. Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Lobby war gleichzeitig Laden und gehörte zur Tankstelle, die gleich neben dem Motel liegt.

La description sur le site ne parle pas de la situation de l'hotel au sein de la station service avec réception de l'hotel à la caisse et petit déjeuner dans un coin du magasin. Il s'agit plus d'un Motel destiné à des personnes de passage pour une nuit mais pas pour un séjour professionnel. De plus nous étions venus pour travailler sur la course moto de Laguna Seca et le prix de la chambre est passé de 70 dollars à 300 ce qui était franchement abusif pour le niveau de l'hotel même s'il est compréhensible que le prix soit majoré dans ce type de situation mais pas multiplié par 4.

The front desk staff was really friendly not only when I talked yo her on the phone but also in person.

We only spent the night after a long day of sight seeing. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

price was really good.

The beds were horrible our backs hurt every day and didn't get to sleep to well. I suggest getting better pillows atleast to compensate for the bad beds. There was no where to really sit and have back support while winding down in the room for the night. You could lean against the wall board on the bed but not very comfortable and there was a stick chair with a pad no arm rests. Most hotels have atleast a cushy chair to sit in...nope not this one.
