The hotel is perfect for travellers arriving to NY city for very short stays who do not want to go to Manhattan and would rather have a business meeting and take flights back through JFK. In spite of the simplicity of its look, it is very comfortable, equipped with what is necessary and affordable. Very practical! |

You must wait for the transportation as long as they want, used cups and stuff in my room, breakfast that doesn't exist. etc, etc |

I liked the bathroom the most, the bed was comfortable too, enough channels on tv, clean, everything ok Few choices of breakfast, coffee not very good |

we waited 45 min for the shuttle to come and pick us from JFK airport but shuttle never arrived and then we had to go ourself. very poor service |

People are very good rest of thing i did not like at all. Location, no bathroom sleeper, Window AC was not airtight hence air was coming through AC window side. No variety in the breakfast. |

It was close to the Airport and the free pickup service to and from the airport were important to me. Also the breakfast was included. Well I thought that the walls leading to the rooms could use a paint job, It just didn't look that fresh to me. It is an older hotel that could be kept up a little better. It is ok for a very short stay like one or two nights. |

The room was nice and cosy for a single person. I stayed in a room on the ground floor near the main lobby. It was so noisy most of the day. |

I stay only 7 hours. My room was in the 1st floor and the window was open all the time without security features. The street is so close and with a little fence anybody can jump and enter to the room easily. Really, I don't sleep good by that situation. I go to the front desk and the guy tell me that the law prohibits to close the windows but he did't change me the room for a higher floor. |

It was a convenient location and best vfm option for jfk as far as we could see, and they tried their best. Felt bedspread looked a little grubby, but rest of room seemed ok. Good bathroom |

The staff was was very friendly and efficient. The Hotel rooms were a little small Yet comfortable and most importantly the room was clean and The showers were wonderful. The Rooms were a little small. |
