The flourecent lighting is terrible. breakfast was a terrible experience. they serve some kind of chemical tang and call it orange juice

I wish I didn't pick this inn><

The breakfast buffet was nice - hot waffles, bagels, danish, oj, Coffee, cereal etc.

I have one major complaint - I didn't not see anywhere in the information at the time I booked that their airport shuttle stopped at 1045 P.M. and my flight was 3 hours late - when I finally reached the motel I had to ask what other motel was near and begged a ride with the Marriot driver - would have been nice to know this as I would have chosen a different motel that had 24 hr shuttle service.

That was difficult to understand reception staff for foreigner.

Very clean. Staff very friendly.

I would prefer having a kettle only not a coffee machine so you can make tea. Yoghurt fro bfast. Phone didnt work.

Proximity to the airport and convience of the shuttle service. Room was basic but adequate.

Not clear that you needed to call for pick up of the shuttle. Only coffee in the hotel room no tea or juice soft drinks for children. Our flight left very early so we did not get the complimentary breakfast and no alternative was offered, although roomservice was avaialable at an extra cost. Driver of the shuttle demanded a tip, quite rude. Tried to charge for fold up bed which we didn't use.

It's proximity to JFK considering that we are catching a connecting flight from Los Angeles to Riyadh via JFK

The price as mentioned in the booking.com site is not the price that I actually paid. It was jacked up considerably. I arrived in New York at 5:32 AM on January 12 and needed a room near the airport since I am also leaving on the same day at 8:30 PM. The rate as reserved by booking.com was USD 103.50. I ended up paying USD156++. There were many charges billed by the hotel which I never really got. i.e. roll-up bed etc. I was not able to question it because I was already in a hurry to go back to airport in the afternoon. This hotel really sucks!!!. Must think again before you book and please clear all charges....

Shuttle service to Airport, close to jfk, price good, water hot

Passages & rooms smelt of smoke, noisy vending machines outside rooms, airconditioner smelly & noisy,

Closeness to the airport. Affordable and comfortable. Timeliness of services. Friendly and courteous front desk persons who were very patient in giving directions (repeatedly in my case).

Breakfast was too dry with few options.

They have charged me $20 for early check out as a penalty which never metined anything about it when we origionally booked . They would quote you a price and then charge you something else (more than agreed) . Rooms are very noisy near main road .

The room was clean, bed is comfortable.

The room is kind of small, only one chair in the room and the closet space is small.

The rooms where small and dark, the carpet was dirty, staff were non-carish and i did not feel safe at all.
