clean, comfortable rooms with a free shuttle bus to the airport.
No restaurant on site. This was only an inconvenience since we were there during winter storm Juno and all the streets in NYC were closed. However, the staff told us to order in food which worked out just fine.
i liked everything
there wasn't anything i didn't like
Call for transfer transfer from airport.
Liked the location and the price. Most staff were helpful and friendly.
Heater in the room was very old and could not be controlled. It was too hot or too cold. Was corrected by changing the room Housekeeping need more training. Bed was made but had unfolded blanket piled up on the bed on two days of the stay. Some days the room floor was not cleaned properly. Felt like the place needed air freshener. Was OK for the price.
I love the place and the staff really nice, close to every place I wanted to go and very easy to get there and return i love it
Being driven directly to the terminal at JFK we needed when we left NY
The biggest problem is getting to HJ's. The signs at JFK are barely adequate and it is not clear where to go to wait outside. Also, the HJ office didn't make it clear how long before the next pick up and when it is cold in NY, it is freezing at the pick-up station. Also - look at the menus for ordering food from outside as we missed them and suffered through Burger King
Location is extremely important when you are in transitand I would give this property a 10!Check in and check out was seamless and the staff helpful. Shuttle driver was courteous and on time.
Breakfast could have been better with a little bit of protein! At least eggs would have been appreciated.
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Dirty carpets, rooms have terrible odor, stained towels. Staff is rude, during breakfast they sit to chat and have no respect for clients. Terrible location, not even worth it for a one night stay before carching a flight at JFK.Free wifi service works, the only highlight.
room was very small. 4 people and bags made it hard to get around.
Everything is clean and very near from JFK.Faculties are friendly and glade to help me.
Air condition is noisy and shuttle bus can not pick me up at 11 o'clock.
received everything what was promised. good ratio of the price and comfort
Free shuttle, prompt
Noisy, no sleep
Room and bed are clean and comfortable
Not enough parking and the drivers of the shuttle was not kind enough to gave in the parking for the guest and the breakfast was not good enough.. Like with egg scramble and bacon like here in California
Friendly staff and room is ok for a night
I've been told that the region is very very unsafe, especially at night. The bus shuttle couldn't pick me up at 11:02PM
It is certainly close to JFK. We decided to take a taxi US$9 less than 10 minutes. We liked the room. Good transport back to airport where we were dropped outside our terminal.
Toilet in our room blocked. We had 2 nights transit in NY so we went for a day sightseeing in Manhattan. That is of course a long journey, first by local bus (must have US$2.50 exact change in coins) to Jamaica Station and then subway or LIRR train. Jamaica in Queens is not a great place to hang around waiting for a bus (but still not as bad as it used to be).
it was value for money
the steps to get to my room from lobby
Proximity to JFK Airport, they also have a shuttle. So for a one night layover, the price and wifi was great!
The shuttle only runs certain hours, so my early morning flight required me to catch a taxi (so expensive)
SHUTTLE TO & FROM THE AIRPORT
BEING A BIT FAR FROM THE CITY
Proximity to JFK for an early flight was great. The shuttle bus was prompt & the driver was friendly. We had a very early flight & friendly staff even assisted w/breakfast (it wasn't opened til later) & our luggage. The room was bigger than expected. The beds were comfortable and bathroom clean.
While not a five star hotel could not fault it.They did not offer room service and to my knowledge were not pet friendly. Breakfast included in price and late checkouts available
Too bad!! Don't go in it!! Very rude people and dirty. Highly not recommended!
The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
I liked the cean staff, and the woman that prepare the breakfast, She was very attentious. The wi-fi was also fair.
I would not go to this hotel again because of the receptionists. All I needed they didn't know, and you are treated like an animal. Also, the shuttle driver just does his job, but doesn't like it.
The room. . The staff. .
The kitchen n the breakfast menu
