Good breakfast and efficient free shuttle service to airport.
Have to drag our luggages up and down the staircase to room.
The bed and room were very comfortable and spacious. There was great water pressure and heat in the shower.
My room was next to some kind of mechanical plant that was loud even through earplugs. The "free breakfast" was one of the most basic I've encountered.

1.no shuttle service after 22:45 we have not been informed abiut this.we took Air Train to Federal Curcke and wait for shuttle but nothing then I called hotel, hitel said go back to JFK a d take a taxi. We went cak to JFK with luggages after 10 hiurs flight time. Other hotel shyttles were there ! 2.Room was under ground level and children were shouting and playing in front of our room. 3.No voice isolation of door abd walls 4.very small bath 5.Not clear enough 6.The lady in reception was not care about us 7. Breakfast ? Dont ask me anything about that.
Large bed, good wifi, close to airport
Stains on bed spread, hairs on bed, smelly like it wasn't well ventilated, noisy extractor fan outside. Cold because we didn't want to use stained bedspread or hairy fleece throw!

It took more than an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at terminal 1 pick up place at Kennedy Airport in New York. I had to call from a borrowed phone since mine was not getting connected to the server. I was told that to get pick up service I had to call... During the period of time we waited, dozens of shuttles from other hotels passed in front of us. Shuttles from some hotels passed up to five times each; To get inside of the hotel from the lobby, there is an escalator going down with ten steps. The elevator in the lobby was broken in the night of our arrival and the day after, when we left the hotel. When we arrived there was nobody available to help us to take down the heavy pieces of luggage. We have to do it ourselves.

Breakfast Difficulty in moving luggage i.e. you need to use a terrible lift, very narrow hallway and crowded elevator. The staff does not smile. Very small gym. Noisy. Design of lobby. Very small bedrooms.

the personnel doesn't want to cooperate with customers' requests: They have cameras on the outside of the hotel and we have asked the personnel to help us to look at the recording. But that never happened. We got tricked by these two people (they look like from middle east) anyways, they've approached us in airport and told us they're with the hotel, and they will drive us to hotel, because the airtrain is not workin, bla bla. It was our first time in New York, tired after 18 hours flight. We just wanted to look at the licence plate to report to police, but they did not cooperate. We did not quite understand the reasons. So, people watch out.

Bad neighborhood. Bad access to get to Manhattan (up to two hours on a BUS and the subway) Basement rooms really bad ventilation. The floor on the room was dirty! Breakfast was terrible. No place for all people to seat and bad quality as well.
Dusty, dirty, small bugs. Dirty floor, dirty baseboards, dirty behind beds. Dirty air vents. Dirty halls.
Location, price, laminate floors (cleaner than carpet).
Bullet proof glass at reception a huge turnoff. Room was a partial basement room with window to parking lot.

First the location was really bad. I thought because it is close to airport would be a plus - not at all. There was a lot of weird people at the entrance (including someone drunk). I have a lot of luggage and had to go all way back to my room (no helper). The room was smelling smoke and cigarrete burn on bed cover. I had to leave early to catch a flight and breakfast was not ready to go at 6:30am and staff was giving an attitude because we want to eat and leave quick. And I paid more than $150 for all this??? Never more.

Did not get there until 1am (Had notified them prior to arrival) & was put in room closest to the kitchen area which was annoying considering a lie in was needed. Extremely noisy so difficult to sleep

Did not get an option and was put in a smoking room. As a non-smoker this was disgusting so I have rated more harshly than I would have it was a non-smoking room as it made our stay uncomfortable

I was charged more than i was told online by booking.com. i just think its better to tell customers how much the total charges are. Also their should be more parking for visitors.
