The fact that breakfast was included was appreciated. Bed was comfortable.

Please fix wetroom so that it doesn't soak the whole bathroom! Floor in shower area needs tilting more and drain needs to be descaled to help the water go down more easily.

Hotel was nice and clean. personel was Vevey friendly and trief to Take care of all your needs! Free breakfast was included. that was nothing Special. you had Easy Access to the Subway and could Easyly resch all Importanz places in nyc.

the rooms are very small. but thats ok, Sonne you should spend your time in the City!

The staff was so helpful, the room was clean and new. Breakfast was adequate. I would choose the same hotel for my next trip.

I loved everything about this hotel! It is in great location on lower east side easy to hop a subway everywhere. The staff is amazing helpful. Anthony even took his time when he got off work one evening to show my friend and I around the city and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.. They was all very friendly and helpful booking car for trip back to penn station giving directions.. Love the place decorations was so nice rooms comfortable and clean.. Will stay here every trip to nyc

The rooms were clean and met our needs. The wifi was a very useful as we were able to plan our trips. the bed was very comfortable.

The room (203) was very close to the stairs and the noise from the door to stairwell B disturbed us if there were late night revellers. The breakfast could have been fresher.

Staff was great. It was a very updated clean hotel.

This hotel is not in SoHo. It's right in the middle of china town. And it is very tiny.

Brand new hotel. Well finished and designed. Friendly helpful staff. Good quality continental breakfast. Rooms are lovely and beds are comfy. Good views from front rooms.

Brand new hotel on lower east side of Manhattan, in Chinatown, one block south of Canal Street, half mile from Canal St subway stop. Clean, cozy, modern, multilingual staff were super friendly and professional. Great value.

Clean, well heated, comfortable beds, 500 meters far from little Italy, good in every details too.

The phone's alarm rang alone by itself 2 times. Bath-tub a little small but ok

The location is not the best in Manhattan,but you have a subway station very near.

We had a room in the lobby and didn't sleep all night because of the noise. I will never come back or recommend this hotel to anyone. I has never seen a hotel with rooms in the lobby before. The staff was disrespectfully noisy all night long.

The staffs were awesome. They were really nice and helpful. The room is small but clean. Bathroom is quite big. In general, this hotel is definitely a good choice to live in!

The hotel is new, has varied facilities for a very good price considering that it is located in Manhattan. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic for visiting New York.

The surrounding area can be quite dirty and you might not get a positive first impression of Manhattan.

The Staff were so helpful, so friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. The Hotel was modern, new, and clean. The location was perfect - near to subway stations for getting uptown and far enough downtown to walk to Little Italy, the Financial District etc. The price was extremely good for such a nice, clean, well located nyc Hotel.

At a push to find something I didn't like, the only thing I would have to say is the rooms were a little on the small side but that shouldn't bother anyone visiting to see New York as like us you'll hardly spend any time in it and the decor/cleanliness and service more than makes up for the room size.

Perfect Hotel with new facilities and nice personnel. I had a great time there.

Wonderful manager, friendly staff, and unique location, plus this hotel is very new.

We stayed here only for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and there was a huge comfortable bed. I pod docking station and large flat screen tv. Breakfast was simple but good too.

Locatn was a high priority for this trip to nyc. We wanted a nice place in the heart of China Town and Little Italy,to do some shopping, site seeing and eating. The Ho Jo was perfect. A central location with eay access to all points of interest... There are taxis round the clock, subway nearby, and a local bus stop at curbside. A terrific place to come and stay.

The staff was excellent, really attentive and quick to respond to requests. Room was small, but big enough considering it's NYC and considering the price. The bathroom was extremely clean. The lobby has a cool feel to it.

Everything! But I think the best was the staff. So acoomodating and helpful. Also the beds were the most comfortable. We had a King size in our room. The rooms are 'just right', and have only the most important necessities in it which made more room for the bed!

Nothing. Even if we didn't want to be in Chinatown everything is so close and the staff organized taxis to pick us up right at the door! The subway was only a few blocks away
