Size of room painfully small. Not good value.
Front desk attendant, Brian, very helpful.

The location was stated as Soho but it was more like Chinatown and it was very smelly and dirty out on the street and near several interstate bus terminals. The breakfast was fairly basic and some mornings it was difficult to get a table in the courtyard. Smoking guests sat at the entrance to the hotel and smoked which was inconsiderate to the non-smoking guests. There was a musty smell in the hallway near our room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. The queen bed very comfortable. The bathroom was adequate. The WiFi was good. The location of the hotel is in Chinatown and close to Little Italy, shopping on Broadway, Subway and restaurants and bars. You could walk to the Trade Centre and Battery Park.

Breakfast was only so-so, although the staff were nice. We were moved out for the first night because we were overbooked and moving back took a cut out of our first day in NYC. The hotel claims to be in SoHo but it is not. It is a half mile away at least.
Close to a subway and easy to get to. Very reasonable in cost terms by NYC standards (but expensive by other standards). Very close to Chinatown and Little Italy.

There was no ironing possibility in the room, and sometimes it was necessary to wait more than 5 minutes for the lift or you can walk up to the 8th floor, no closet
Great location, view from the room was breathtaking, good Wi-Fi, and very comfy bed

Although I told them several times before arriving I would be arriving early in the morning (6am) I was still unable to get in my room until almost 1pm. Also hotel guests are unable to control the ac on the thermostat, and are told to pretty much deal with it until it cools off outside.
The staff was friendly and everything about the hotel was very cool looking. A tiny building that you would almost miss. The breakfast bar was good as well.

Didn't like the sound of the aircondition, and the tiny room (we had a triple room) there was hardly place to put the luggage on. No wardrobe, only dress hacks fixed on the wall. The bathroom was big and the rooms very both clean.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located. Everything is easy reachable by walking or u can either take the metro to wherever!

Richer breakfast,bigger room.
April 18, 2015
I love the service. Staffs are very nice. The room is also clean.

All staffs are very helpful. Subway station is so close. Love to eat in China Town that is in walking distance. Definitely will stay again.
March 26, 2015
Room is small, but offers everything you need & well equipped. Bathroom window a little drafty but good heating (it was freezing outside when we were there last week) so really appreciated having a nice cosy room.
Everything - this hotel offers real value for money. Close to subway, comfy bed, staff is exceptionally friendly! Would recommend any time, but please don't all book this hotel, because we want to come back! :-)

There was a stain on the carpet, I'll felt like I should tell them, then I just cleaned it.
I loved the open windows with view of city and gorgeous bridge. Loved the king size bed and clean, renovated bathroom. Couldn't have been more pleased with space to price ratio.

Location: Chinatown... Dirty
March 24, 2015
Free breakfast, microwave in lobby & essentials upon request.
March 14, 2015
Hotel seemed to be more in Chinatown than in soho, but still was a great stay and waking distance to most places we wished to go to in soho.
Very clean and modern! Friendly staff and very helpful.

Wifi kinda slow

February 20, 2015
No shower for closet.
Close to bus stop for many tour packed (bowery and crystie street)
February 15, 2015
Everything in the direct area closes early and their isn't a variety of different places. You have to travel deeper into the city.
The room was small but comfortable & the staff was pleasant. It is private, like an escape from everything else.
February 15, 2015
The bathroom was basically one large shower, which made it a bit messy getting ready in the morning because the whole floor was wet.
The location is easy for getting around, especially with the F train only a few blocks away. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and offered to store my luggage for an entire day after checking out earlier that morning. Free breakfast was an added bonus, though I can't speak to what it's like in the late morning as I was the first down there.

The staff was very helpful and provided quick help and advice for our little issues. The rooms are small but nice and clean. From the shower one can enjoy a great view on the streets of chinatown.
