Everything - this hotel offers real value for money. Close to subway, comfy bed, staff is exceptionally friendly! Would recommend any time, but please don't all book this hotel, because we want to come back! :-)
Room is small, but offers everything you need & well equipped. Bathroom window a little drafty but good heating (it was freezing outside when we were there last week) so really appreciated having a nice cosy room.
I loved the open windows with view of city and gorgeous bridge. Loved the king size bed and clean, renovated bathroom. Couldn't have been more pleased with space to price ratio.
There was a stain on the carpet, I'll felt like I should tell them, then I just cleaned it.
Location: Chinatown... Dirty
Free breakfast, microwave in lobby & essentials upon request.
Very clean and modern! Friendly staff and very helpful.
Hotel seemed to be more in Chinatown than in soho, but still was a great stay and waking distance to most places we wished to go to in soho.
Wifi kinda slow
all was absolutely great!!! can definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in manhattan - i am quite fussy usually :-)
Close to bus stop for many tour packed (bowery and crystie street)
No shower for closet.
The room was small but comfortable & the staff was pleasant. It is private, like an escape from everything else.
Everything in the direct area closes early and their isn't a variety of different places. You have to travel deeper into the city.
The location is easy for getting around, especially with the F train only a few blocks away. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and offered to store my luggage for an entire day after checking out earlier that morning. Free breakfast was an added bonus, though I can't speak to what it's like in the late morning as I was the first down there.
The bathroom was basically one large shower, which made it a bit messy getting ready in the morning because the whole floor was wet.
The staff was very helpful and provided quick help and advice for our little issues. The rooms are small but nice and clean. From the shower one can enjoy a great view on the streets of chinatown.
This hotel was clean and modern. The room was small but clean and functional. There was a good size bath tub and the king bed was great. Free WiFi which actually worked, free fruit, bottled water, soda, yoghurt in foyer. Helpful staff.
Very nice and helpful staff, comfortable beds, everything was very clean.
Personnel is friendly. Location is close to most sights in Manhattan - we walked to Times Square, 9/11, Wall Street etc.
Hair fan was not working, TV not working, constant noise from ventilation. Air conditioner controls were disabled in the room. Beds are short. They didn't give the keys, every time needed to have person from front desk to open the room. Street parking only with 1 hour meter till 7 p.m.
Keycards didn't work; needed staff to let us in the room each time Room was freezing Shower had no water pressure Ironing board was filthy Bed was not comfortable Breakfast was inedible; the worst I've ever had
Room Wifi Bed
Breakfast hardly got replenished so if you got up a bit later, still within breakfast hours, you missed out on a lot of choice.
Lovely new clean hotel with wonderful beds, good breakfast and close to metro & Brooklyn bridge
Clear Modern New
Not in good neighborhood
The free breakfasts were well stacked with sausages, eggs, cereal, milk, muffins, fruits, etc. etc.
The rooms are very small (for example, there's no wardrobes at all) although that didn't really bother us. What did bother us, is the fact that WiFi didn't work at all in our room so we had to go down to the lobby to go online.
Value for Money Friendly staff 24 hours refreshments Business Center
Location size of the room Wifi
view, bathroom was nice, beds comfy, the hotel was nicely decorated, very modern all over, Close to subway.
Saying that this hotel is in Soho is Not True. It is in China Town, a nice enough part of NYC, but not what we expected when we booked in Soho... (as a side note: the breakfast room was crazy Cold!)
New, comfortable and clean
Clean room, polite/friendly staff
Our stay was very good, very friendly staff, very nice room with incredible views to Manhattan and Brooklyn bridge. We will come back in our future adventure in NYC. Nice new breakfast place.
The best part was location and view. Staff was great
