Clean room, loving and caring staff. Hotel shuttle always on time. They made my stay a wonderful one. Keep it.
Staff was rude, restaurant food is horrible and over priced as well as the waitors were creepy and treated you as an "inconvience', they are not very accomdating @ all
Close to airport
They tried to over charge me and the shuttle driver was very rude.
The beds were hard as a rock, the refrigerator didn't work, the no free breakfast, the restaurant prices were sky high, and the location is poor
Surrounding area is not yet attractive
Great for price. Dinner was good.
Location is very bad and view also
$15 a day parking fee. : ( Loud from jets flying over outside
Front office was helpful
I stayed here the night before I had to catch a flight in the morning at Newark. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I forgot my watch in the room, they found it and actually posted it back to my address. The 24-hour shuttle bus was also very efficient with a very friendly driver!
I didn't like that I had to pay additional money for parking and there was no Continental breakfast.
The room was nice.
The surrounding area was depressing. To close to airport runway. There should not be a charge to park car overnight at this remote location. Inside the hotel had a bad smell. Uncomfortable pillows
It was close to the highway.
i booked online for a non smoking room with a king size bed, i got a non smoking room with a double bed and a shower that did not worked, asked for the room that i booked they said it was full
Restaurant not associated with hotel paper plate room service high cost Also 15.00 parking chArge each night really a room charge.
Clean nice room
I stayed for almost 12 days and the appalling things was you had to pay to park your car at the hotel, after spending a lot of money to stay there I think parking should be included in your stay. Where the hotel is located it's not far from downtown but you would still need a car to get around. The parking was$15 a night, it's just ridiculous to me.
The room was very comfortable the bed was amazing, never had a sleepless night, and room was always clean, some of the staff was a bit blunt but most of them were pretty ok.
That the maids knocked once then entered before you could answer.
The place was clean.
The male front desk staff in the evening was somewhat unpleasant.
The woman working the front desk was very nice.
Pretty much all
Pretty misleading and they seriously try to suck out every penny of you!!! I travel a lot and usually easy to sattisfy but that hotel has been the worst I've been to!!!
Hard to find and get around. Be wary of asking the desk to call a "cab", they called a black car which was 2.5x as expensive.
That was the hardest bed I ever slept on
Don't expect any view. The hotel is in the middle of an ugly area of vehicle lots. But I only needed the room for the night so I had no plans to go out.
This hotel has all the basics I needed: a comfortable bed, good reading lights, good bath/shower, reliable wifi. It was very affordable. The staff was very polite. Free shuttle to/from airport.
The staff were rude
The room was okay
No place to eat other than limited choice of menu at restaurant in motel. No shuttle to cruise line.
Close to airport and shuttle to motel. Not too far from cruise port.
It doesn't have breakfast. They charge you U$15/ day parking.
No alcohol in bar, 3rd-party food machines refused to take bills or dispense food.
Everything felt odd, from the smell of weed and cigarettes in the hall to the rock hard beds.
It was cheap and available
Shower rail came off an hit me in the eye while my wife is in shower.. Should have been screwed in...smh
