Score from 383 reviews Very good
The heating sytem could have been better The breakfast could have just a couple of more options
The concieger was very friendly ; instant noodle for breakfast (that is good for me personally)
everything is good
The staff let us check in earlier. He was very kind and thoughtful since my aging parents was already very tired from the long drive.
We booked family suite, separated by the restroom area. However only one room has air conditioning so that other room without AC was very stuffy and hot.
Not sure if it has anything to do with staff at your motel, but our credit card info was lifted and used 2/13/15 at a Rancho Cucamonga TJ Maxx.
Breakfast was fine
Had to leave a cash deposit for not smoking in room... My debit card was not good enough... Pathetic rule !
It was clean and good value, I think.
The hotel was accomodating a foreign youth organization. They breakfast room can't accomodate large groups like this all flooding in around the same time period. Elbowing 20 teenagers who don't speak English to get a peak at the continental breakfast is really a bad morning experience. I didn't think the breakfast was that great, but it was pretty typical.
Front desk was nice
I asked for a quiet location and he puts me on the 4th floor next to a stairwell and smoking section are. I was up all night, if my children weren't asleep I would've requested a different room!! Room was ok but for the price I paid you could've stayed at the Marriott. I won't stay there again.
Really enjoyed the location of the hotel.
The room accommodations were excellent. The room/bathroom were clean and spacious, which is something I greatly appreciate. The included breakfast, although simple, was really good (the DIY waffle station was a plus!). The location is great (right across the street from Pasadena City College). I did not rent a car, and I easily walked to a near Rite Aid, a small Mexican Restaurant, the Starbucks a block away, and a nail salon to get a manicure before an internship interview.
The only thing I did not like was a group of young men hanging out in the hallway late during the night. They were talking loudly and I could hear them clearly from my room. This didn't go until really late, but it still was bothersome.
Great location, lovely room, clean, great wifi, nice staff!
So the only thing is that the breakfast is not that great. Waffle maker is good, but hard to use, otherwise standard breakfast stuff, small room and not enough tables when busy. Fine as it is included, but nothing special.
Keep up the good work
It's located in a very good place. The staff are welcome with nice smile.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Coffee, shampoo & soap were replenished. I always came back to find the room tidied up and nothing was thrown out, which I found useful since I jot down notes on napkins.
The WiFi was horrible. Most of the time I had to chase it around the room to connect. I was from Canada so it was a pain trying to check e-mails and connecting through iMessage.
Nice motel located along Colorado Blvd not far from downtown Pasadena. Staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms can be quiet, but there tends to be some noise from the street or freeway. Quite a few rooms are also newly renovated with new carpets and nice bathrooms.
In our room there was a rather strong sewage smell coming up from the shower drain pipe (had to close the shower door to keep it in). Otherwise, the room was quite clean overall, though still a bit noisy from the freeway on the fourth floor. Breakfast room is very small and thus cramped. Breakfast could be a bit better as well with daily yogurt (not just on weekends).
The hotel provided seats for their guest to watch the Rose Parade which was very nice right there on the route. Did not have to buy those grandstand seats. The staff was super helpful!
Breakfast choices were limited. Wi-fi signal was weak.
Front desk staff were the most efficient I've ever seen, answered all of our questions before we asked them.
The "Parrots of Pasadena" might wake you if you aren't an early riser.
Easy to get to, comfotable, good value.
Everything was fine.
No additional chair for three people.
Small parking lot.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The room we stayed in was extremely quite.
Short overnight trip, would have liked to stay a little longer to really enjoy the area.
Good king size bed ! Starbucks and restaurant close by. TV with a lot of channel. Good breakfast
Wifi not too good
No response or facial expression in a cordial way when I thanked him a couple of times during the check-in process. Room was full of smoking odor
Great clean place to stay walking distance to a few things and close drive to downtown
