When we expressed dissatisfaction with the service we were receiving, the manager listened sympathetically and did her best to make the situation right. Also, after I got out at the airport for my return flight home, I realized that I had left my wallet in the shuttle. I immediately called the hotel and asked them to notify the driver of this and have him circle back around so that I could get my wallet. Because of the bad experiences I had alread had with the hotel, I was afraid the driver would not come back or that it would take so long that I would miss my flight. However, for once, the hotel/driver did exactly as they said and the driver returned within minutes so that I could get my wallet. I am more than thankful that, when it was most important, I was not lied to and did not have to wait hours for service.

My best friend and I went to Miami for her birthday and chose to stay at this hotel. We are both 2 young professionals and we travel enough to know what standard of quality and service we should be receiving. This hotel did not meet our standards!! From the very beginning, the hotel staff was extremely rude. When we arrived at the airport, we were told to where to go to wait for the hotel shuttle. We went where we were told and ended up waiting almost an hour to be picked up. When we called the hotel to confirm that the shuttle was on its way, we were told that the driver was taking a break (although he knew we had been waiting for almost an hour to be picked up). Furthermore, we were told by the night auditor that "he couldn't whip the shuttle driver to make him come pick us up and that we should just continue to wait." Then we were hung up on. Yes, hung up on! Upon arriving to the hotel, we waited at the counter to be checked in. There were 2 people at the front desk. One person was already checking another group in so we waited in front of the other associate. While standing there, some other guests came up and the associate we were waiting on began to assist the other guests. When we brought it to her attention that we had been waiting for assistance first, she replied "I'm sorry. My shift is ending. The other associate will have to help you." At this point we had been waiting about 5 minutes for assistance. When we were told she could not assist us, we asked why she hadn't told us that in the beginning. She replied, "I didn't know what you wanted." Yet she saw us standing there. She had more than ample time to inform us that she would not be assisting us so that we could get in the other line. It still baffles me how long it took us to be picked up and then to get checked in to the hotel. To put it in perspective, the wait to be picked up and checked in was longer than our flight from nc to fl!

Close to the highway, easy access to the highway.

The hotel smelled of wet carpet, the mildrew smell was all over the floors. Not just my floor. I had friends that check in with me also, they couldnt get pass the smell, they checked out within 1hr. The staff spoke spanglish,but we were able to communicate. For the price, it should have been clean and fresh. Next to highway,highway noise is very loud especially during night.

Shuttle service from airport did not arrived , waited over 1hr and paid for taxi to hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. The gave us good tips and directions for shopping. Most staff at hotels are not aware of the surrounding and Miss Rodriguez could answer any question I had. At the restaurant also we received good service. The housekeeper was also very nice. Keep it up.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They went an extra mile to make us happy. The cost of the hotel was very affordable, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay there.

Had no problems with my stay there.

The rooms need to be upgraded especially the bathroom. People left used pizza boxes outside of their rooms on the 8th floor and there was a scent in the corridor.

The Staff at the front desk was very nice. The beds were the best and very comfortable. We also enjoy the pool. The location is perfect if you have to conduct business in Hialeah.

I think that with tree elevators, And have one swith off And another broken, with the hotel full. That is note a good, i wait for twenty minutes to reacção the ground floor with the bagage

The entire staff (reservations/check-in, housekeepers, bell hops, shuttle drivers) were very friendly and helpful.

My room rate did not include breakfast and when I visited the restaurant the only time I did (Tuesday, 3 July 2012) I was asked if I had a meal voucher, and if I did not I would have to pay. This was done within the earshot of other patrons of the restaurant which was a little embarrassing for me. I was fully aware that I had to purchase my meals and went there with the intention to do so. I ate at IHOP thereafter.

that have the coffee pot in the bahtroom . that gross. and have no microwave and refrigerator to put our insulin and medicines because , older people need to have that. we never , never going to book another hotel, like yours

I was charged twice for my room when I paid in full through booking .com and they claimed that they did not see it even when I gave them my reference number so I had to forcfully pay again.they refused to look up in the system . Just cause I did not have my receipt.

It was very nice and clean and close by nearby business establishments,with the exception of the remote control didn't work for the t.v. overall it was nice.

definitely needed to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

I was able to access my business appointments easily. I was in a room which had kitchen facilities, fridge and microwave.

The rooms need to have a safe or the necessary facility at the front desk.
