It was a good deal for the price. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Location was good.

Housekeeping was shocking, late to be done, something missing every time eg. Towel, soap etc. Some staff were very rude. Jacuzzi was out of service for the whole 2 weeks.

The location was excellent! I could walk to my function each day. The staff was friendly and took care of my needs. I was very pleasantly surprised...and the bed was really comfortable! I slept very well, and that's somewhat unusual when I travel.

The continental breakfast was not a good value for someone who prefers fresh fruit and not a lot of starches. The only fresh fruit were orange slices. Then there was toast, mini-muffins, cereal (which is okay), and more bread-type food. I was hoping for bananas, grapes, melons, along with toast. That was my biggest disappointment.

Location to the convention center. Restaurants close by. Pool was nice & big

Carpeting was filthy especially on stairs & hallways. Rooms were very musty smelling!! Air conditioning not very good. No Microwave anywhere for guests to use. Even asked the desk staff if they could do it for us. No!! Cheep on the breakfast items. Ice machine not working. No elevator or anyone to help with baggage.

The walls are paper thin. A door in my room was attached to a door in the next. Felt very invasive, and being next door to a family of 5 does not provide a lot of relaxation. The continental breakfast was only muffins, chocolate brownies, water, and cereal. The paid breakfast, right next to it was eggs, sausage, bagels, etc. I found this odd.

Ease to IDrive in Orlando

Free breakfast was very "lame" Did not like the "here pay more for a warm breakfast" idea. Old hallways. Smelled slightly of mildew/mold. No refrig in room.

The Air conditioner in our room was very loud. The next morning I asked the front desk clerk to have maintenance take a look at it. Came back to the room that night and they had installed a very quiet brand new unit.

A little over priced comparably

- Room was large - It was nice to have a suite with sitting area for the price - 2 TVs so kids can watch different shows - Fridge/microwave in room which is convenient - Free wifi

- Toilet didn't work well (weak pressure) - Shower didn't drain well (standing water) - Cockroaches found in room (wife was concerned they get into our luggage) - Room cleaning erratic (one day it was after 4PM) and we can't get into our room

The staff was nice

Stinky rooms, broken ice maker, old carpets, old tiles and moldy, we will never stay here again and do not reccommend it for anyone

late check-in

the 2 queen beds with view of courtyard was a brick wall and hardly seeing the courtyard when you put your head out the window

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was convenient to Disney Park and restaurants were convenient.

The a/c system is old and loud. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. The tv system does not have a guide to be able to find movie or program schedule.

How the front desk didnt care that the heat didnt work in the room and did nothing but bring us a little heater like as if we were at a motel 6 and the front desk clerk ( eric ) did'nt even apologize.

Actually to be our first visit I was very impressed with the desk help as well how clean n presentable was the rm.. But at one point I was looking for ice maker n guess what "OUT of ORDER".. Oh well my luck.. Ty

The room was comfortable & clean, breakfast was organised, staff were very helpful & around our room was quite. Facilities were all great. Perfect location for us as we were close to Disney Parks & the I-Ride stop was only a short walk to the road.

The times of the shuttle bus to the Disney parks were not very accomodating. We only used the one for Magic Kingdom because none of the other times suited us.

Locks on the doors were broken, I went thru about 3 sets of keys, toilet overflowed onto carpet, called front desk to report, desk attendant said he had a million things going on. I felt like it was a emergency, because the water was coming out so bad. Staff did not seem to concerned with our comfort, we received no apology.

Clean and close to the convention center across the street. Since I cannot answer number 5 with more of an answer, I will here. If your not going to a convention at the convention center across the street, No I would not recommend this hotel

extra charges to park, wifi & a safe which they do not tell you about. Worst Continental breakfast I have seen in any hotel and you have to eat outside even if its to cold. Plan on eating out! Bathroom door lock did not lock, Clock radio did not light up so you could not tell time.

They let us wait 45 minutes in the lobby, I made a reservation via booking 1,5 hours in front, on arrival they told us that the confirmation was not arrived yet, in the mean time more than 9 people checked in. Only when I stand up and wait again in line he starts to check in. 1 guy behind the counter who has to answer even all the phonecalls and help all the people, guestservices even for a 200 room hotel is crazy. If you like to waist your time, go to clarion hotels.

Everything go to another hotel, noisy, old, underequiped, breakfast= 0. Never aigain!
