For the price we were very happy. Close to everything. Room was clean and comfortable your typical double queen. Breakfast was good more then just cereal and donuts actual hot items. (Bacon and pancakes). Will be back our next visit to orlando.

Under staffed when I checked in and the lady was very rude. Not sure if that was just her personality or what.

shuttle schedule is unreasonable. The last shuttle from Epcot to hotel is 11:00pm. The time for very amazing firework show of magic kingdom is 10pm . It is very difficult to go back from magic kingdom to Epcot to catch the last shuttle. You'd better drive your own car to visit disney.
Kind of breakfeast
My family and i stayed 3days ,and actually ate breakfast on our second day,we brought our food up to our room on the 2nd day,on our 3rd day chose to eat in the dining room ,the staff were slow in replenishing the food , a lot of guest went without ,the tables were very dirty,there was never any one who came to wipe any of the table's down.. the closet was an out of the wall closet and was very small..

The internet had such limited connectivity I could only get on in the very early morning. when it was important I had to use their business center. Staff was indifferent to this problem and suggested that the problem was with my system. This is a BS answer as I'm sure they hear this problem frequently.
My room was clean, Location, and Price was ok. AC broke, but the front staff moved us to a different room, no hassle, so it fine with us.
I didn't dislike anything.
The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. I had a suite with did accommodate 4 people well.
The breakfast buffet ran out of food and the staff did not seem to care. Asked for more bedding and was told that the room had the correct amount of bedding and the hotel was out of extra pillows
The closeness to the park
The website states free shuttle to all parks which is not true they only have shuttle service to Disney
They had a washer and dryer.
My keys didn't work everyday, it was HOT in the common areas and in the hallway, My room wasn't cleaned both days only the bed was made

I booked a stay through booking.com on July 10 for a stay July 15 - July 19 at a rate of $139.99 per night. Previous to completing the booking, I called the hotel directly to explain we were travelling as one couple and a single individual - as I needed to confirm that the King Suite would be appropriate. I specifically wanted to confirm that the pull out bed was in a separate room. This was confirmed - yes. Upon arrival, we were shocked to see that the washroom is located inside the bedroom making it impossible to have the extra person feel comfortable to stay in our room. I would not have booked the room (or possibly the hotel) if I had this information before booking. Realizing we needed a second room, I called the front desk and explained the situation. It was explained to me that he could not verify that I had actually called to confirm the room layout and furthermore - I had not specifically asked about the location of the bathroom. I could book a second room but now at the higher premium (day of) price. (an additional $500). I find it totally unreasonable to expect that a customer ask these specific questions - it is the responsibility of the hotel to anticipate this could be a problem based on the circumstances explained. I contacted the hotel manager and received a message back from the "Director of Sales and Marketing" that she apologized that I had "misinterpreted the hotel description on the website". To further aggravate the problem - the same individual at the front desk refused to process our payment as in his opinion "all business credit cards have the name of the business as well as the card owner" - not so in our case. We were using the same card as the one provided on the reservation. He insisted that we provide a business card (which we do not carry).
Staff were very helpful. Excellent pool. Free shuttle to theme parks was great. Free breakfast was okay. Car hire on location was very convenient as we wanted to drive down to visit the Kennedy Space Centre.
No room service but McDonalds was conveniently placed over the road for late dinners. The taxi drive to/from theme parks was expensive if you didn't want to catch the shuttle.
I like the court yard view
I didn't like the shower it kept changing from hot to cold on its own. I didn't like that we didn't get a microwave. Even though we paid for the one with a refrigerator. I didn't like the staff. Very mean and the house keepers was not helpful. I didn't like that every time I wanted to use the phone they tried to charge us for it. I didn't like that the information with the restaurants was out dated. I will not be going there again.
