Location was convenient to Lackland
Traffic noise within the room; continental breakfast needs more variety. Rooms are outdated and need to be upgraded.
The staff was very friendly
Room could've used a thorough cleaning...carpet was wet around refrigerator...room smelled very moldy and musky...I have asthma. ..it irritate it
Close to placed to visit
Located next to freeway and Traffic noise make me uncomfortable
The room, staff and price of the stay
The wifi did not work
The mattress was nice.
Days inn would be ashamed. Thick filth behind bathroom doors and in every corner. Room was never cleaned, beds not even made. Ran out of towels one night and the next morning they still had none. Was given tiny pool towels. Half our outlets did not work. Internet only worked if you were standing in the office. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Ever. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
Shower was low pressure
Its close to the AirForce base
Pretty much everything...rooms very run down and dirty looking...swimming pool was dirty...couldnt find a front desk clerk for about 15 when checking out...very outdated place!
Found dirty clothes which werent ours and old receipts in room dated from October which tells me the room wasnt cleaned very well!
The only good thing about this hotel is the location, very close to Lackland AFB. We were attending our son's Graduation from BMT. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
The hotel is old, dirty, water was not draining from sink or bathtub. There were bugs and ants on the floor in bathroom. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Needs to be remodeled and steam cleaned.
Pricilla at the front desk was very nice and helpful. It is close to Lackland AFB.
This place was filthy, in very bad condition and dated. Mold, mildew, sticky furniture, the bathroom was disgusting. I turned on the shower and all kind of funkiness came out from under neath the glued on bath mat. They either need to fire house keeping or they need to hire more people to allow house keeping enough time to properly clean the room. I have never seen such a dirty place. There were condoms in the night stand drawer and items left behind by a previous guest. It is literally located on a major highway and is very loud. Behind the hotel is a very sketchy neighborhood. I have reached out to Wyndham. They need to send a rep from corporate to see the condition of this property. Do not stay here.
This is an older hotel but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. I would stay there again.
No meats on the breakfast buffet.
The staff was awesome. We left our graduate's pictures in the room and they called us and mailed them to us. They were considerate, courteous and willing to help with anything
The bed was uncomfortable but we were exhausted every night so we slept well anyway!
The bathroom sink was sprayed to look new and peeling. The toilet area grout was dirty and old.
We loved how close we were to the lackland. very convenient for usand the breakfast every morning
The staff very kind and helpfull
Good location, friendly staff
Room was damp and smelled. had to buy air freshner. housekeeping did not clean room, dirty towels were not replaced with clean towels.
The mattress should be replaced. There were some uneven spaces in the matress that you could feel springs
Nice room and it was very comfortable as well. Enjoyed having the breakfast provided with the cost of the room.
It was comfortable, and staff were very nice.
The room was dirty, didnt even look like it was cleaned, the hotel is in a bad location, we had to listen to parties and blasting music.
I picked this motel for the convenience to Lackland AFB. I found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, although there were no meat served.
When returning to the motel, it was not easy to get back you had to drive around the block or cut through other business lots. The motel is located on a one-way street.
Staff was very friendly and helpful- always accomendating. Complimentary breakfast was nice to have, but should be extended to at least 9.30 - as other Days Inn
Rooms are a little outdated, need to be refreshed. Housekeeping needs to clean behind toliet, not drity, just dusty and also vacum around edges of room/floor, not just the main floor (walking) area.
Not very clean
We liked the location to Lackland and the staff was more than friendly. They were willing to answer all of our questions even those not related too the motel itself. That particular motel is one of the friendliest ones we've been to.
Can't say what I didn't like we had a pretty good experience.
