Everything fixable was fine No "walking" distance dining or in hotel services, only take out. Possibly move up breakfast start time early flights must leave before 6:30. Great room service however by local vendors

The room was clean and the changes that they did are excellent. The one thing that was irritating was the safe in the room. Had the same problem last time

Complimentary breakfast is meager and crowded. Staff does not keep supplied as guests use is heavy. Need more space at counter, as people congregate while waiting for cereal, toasters, etc. Another counter wo0uld be helpful.

Easy to use--helpful staff!

Rates were not consistent! Sunday Monday rates were $15 less that Thursdays!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The counter was very nice, even if the first room she showed me didn't smell good she replaced it immediately. Breakfast is basic but good. Very close to the airport and to shopping centers. Good free parking and free internet. It is basic hotel but definitely best value for the money.

Pass keys didn't work on second day. After walking up the stairs to the third floor, I wasn't pleased that I then had to go back down to get the cards reset. Breakfast technician seems to set up then disappear. Out of orange juice, coffee, and etc. as more guests use the goodies. I had to go to the front desk and ask for service then it was several minutes before the employee arrived and started restocking.

Convenient shuttle to the airport.

Several things were not working. The remote to the tv, lock to the bathroom and the loud room heater/cooler. It was cold that night and we turned it on. It was so loud! We were told to turn it off to get a good night's sleep. Fyi... rm 213... needed to get up early to get to airport but didn't get any rest.

The price was right and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly, not many hotels do that so we give our stay an A+.

Convenience to airport Shuttle Free wifi Price

It's budget, but nothing unexpected for the price.

The airport shuttle is very convenient. Their breakfast is pretty good, with bagels, cereal and fruits. They actually have a staff who takes care of the buffet to keep the plates filled with the food instead of leaving you with empty shelves if you come in during the later hours of the breakfast period.. Clean room.

The comforter is very thin and we have to sleep with our coats on top of it.

Good parking and convenient to sfo airport.

Bathroom door could not be left ajar.

I stayed two nights as a intermediate stop between flights. The location is OK if you look for a cheap accommodation and you are not bothered by travelling to San Francisco by train for a one day visit. The airport shuttle was one of reasons to book here, just need to notify the personnel one day before to reserve a place. Very good price/value ratio.

The cable TV has a very long response time when switching from one station to another, so I just switched it off and watched a movie on my laptop. Noisy fridge. Since I had nothing to put in, just switched it off. Sounds from neighboring rooms penetrate through the walls. I was lucky and had no noisy neighbors.

I did not like anything about this place. First off they "over-booked" and did not have the room we reserved then secondly the room we stayed started out with a clogged toilet and they did not even have a plunger to upclog the toilet. So we could not flush the toilet for the night we spent there. Very Very dissappointed with this place and in the end they would only compensate us by deducting a scant $15 off our bill. We should not have been charged at all.

Close to SFO, affordable, value for the money. Room had safe, microwave, and refrigerator. Free parking and free WiFi.

Annoying little things, like asking for an extra mini-bottle of shampoo at the front desk, and they were out, and they had no access to more until next morning... or a remote control where the only function that worked was the channel change. Not a show-stopper.

The room and bathroom was clean, fresh and comfortable.

The shuttle bus driver which was to collect me from the airport did not make any effort to locate me in the very busy collection point, causing me to wait over an hour. The hotel staff and shuttle bus driver did not communicate effectively regarding my pickup, plus the driver did not assist me with my baggage up the many steps to the hotel entrance. Next morning the staff did not seem to be concerned about any of my problems with WiFi connection. I was treated with "polite" dismissal.

Great to have smoke-free environment. Very friendly and helpful. A good night's sleep with excellent service from and back to SFO airport.
