It was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable.

location was perfect. close to light rail train station. lots of other things in the area. easy to get to driving from out of town

right next to I-8 & the traffic noise was bad. room was exceptionally small. towels were threadbare. breakfast was the usual muffins/danish/cold cereal

What I booked online was not the room I got!! No crib available for young child and hotel staff would not give us more than 3 pillows so we could use them around the bed so our toddler would not roll off.

The cockroaches. The lack of hbo or internet which were both advertised, but not available.

Not much, breakfast was ok, cleaners efficient

Lights didn't work and were not fixed while we were there despite us notifying them, Towel rail coming off the wall, could not get smoke free even though booking form does not give this option, the smell of smoke in the room did not get better after 3 days of airing it out. Constant dropping of adverts coming through the door while in the facility for food/delivery companies that did not even answer when we called.

they over charged me for two nights. i saw on the internet $95.98 + 12.50% tax. for two nights. this was also quoted to me when i made the reservation. they charged me $16.49 plus $95.98 plus 12.50% tax . for this reason i would not recomend this hotel,. i paid $124.47. i requested a cot. they did not have one, so my son slept on the floor. i would like my $16.49 back.

The the rooms were good size the restrooms were OK

we found condoms in the room we requested a crib but on the first night we got there around nine and we and the janitors were already gone so the crib room was locked and we didn't get one

Hotel was located close to the zoo and easily accessible. The cost was very reasonable for the area. Free parking and other normal amenities were available. Although close to freeway, noise was not a problem. Room was clean.

Room was small. The hotel is older and could use some updating. The air conditioner and fridge did not work well.

I liked that it had a refridgerator and microwave in the room. And it was very reasonably priced.

The couch had stains on it so that was a little unappealing.

Close to facilities

good location, free parking, free internet, free breakfast, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good value for money, fast check-in/check-out

only some minor issues -- sofa fabric in my room was damaged, internet was a bit slow in the evening

The room was clean, it was a good size for 2 small kids and 2 adults. It had a table and chair area which was nice for eating. Fridge and microwave. Nice drawer space. I would definetly stay here again

We didnt use the pool but it was literally in the parking lot so i dont think we would have used it. There aren't any stores close at all so if you need food or toiletries or a missing pacifier, you'll have to google or mapquest your way about 2 miles to the nearest store.

The front desk person was exceptionally friendly and helpful in attempting to resolve a technical problem with the wi-fi connection. He also went out of his way to be helpful in securing our boarding passes for our trip home. The elevator to 2nd floor was much appreciated!

The room (carpet) had an unusual odor which took awhile to dissipate. The 'breakfast' was really just a continental breakfast of basics. It should be renamed correctly in your amenities description. The structure is older and could use some repairs and/or upgrading.

Price was good and it included breakfas plus free unfortunately wifi. Great value along with the HoJo name.... It was an easy choice.

Unfortunately, no matter the price or comforts or added incentives... I would not stay there again. In the morning I discovered cockroaches all over the food I had bought and stored ar the microwave/mini fridge area. Gross. Wasted all of my food and worried me they might travel with me via my luggage I brought there. So I stopped and washed everything including the luggage itself. It ended up being a lot of money and time I didn't have to spend.

There was a cockroach in the room. We were told that there was nothing that they could do so we had to go buy roach killing spray for the room and leave for a few hours so the spray could work. No fruit in morning for breakfast.

Convienence, location and price for room all an added bonus.

our request for top floor and extra towels were honored, no questions asked... *NOTE: *no hotel in hotel circle has honored that!* everyone was so friendly...

the deadbolt on the door was broken and there was a gap so the door didnt close correctly... it could use some updating... free breakfast was a little lame...

It was close to everything we wanted to visit, the price for the room was good and our stay was pleasent.

Needed more food places with in walking dist. From hotel 95% of the food places willing to deliver were Pizza and they wanted a $2.99-5.99 delivery charge with a $15.00 min. Order.

I was not impressed with the hotel, would not stay there again. The property was not maintained. Did not look anything like it did on the online pictures online. The service was horrible room was not ready.

The picture on internet show sometime diferent is not expensive but sorry i don't like it no drinking water

Location & value.

Room service,very bad smell of room,breakfast time & service & small room for many people. It was my first & willbe my last time in this hotel, no matter what!

It was more reasonable and close to the beach even though you had to drive.

The hotel could stand to be updated. The curtains were filthy and the water came out of the tub when you showered. The shower curtain was worthless. Had to call for clean towels.
