Score from 67 reviews Very good
breakfast food, cheap beds, old hotel, it was okay for guys, but not good if you bring a spouse.
If you are looking more for overnight value, this is for you; clean, with comfortable beds, and a great staff.
Noisy frontage road and highway location; one-way access; older building; if you are picky, you may want to pay more and go elsewhere.
I really liked the decor and comfort of the room it have a good ac and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean
Large beds, excellent location, good atmosphere.
bed was comfortable, room was large, location was good
television was older than me, had no guide to select channels, bath tub was a jetted tub but has not been sanitized in years had mildew al around jets, tub was very slick when wet, no anti slip, continental breakfast had very little for diabetics, not much to choose from, coffee was did not have very good taste. had colors of a Spanish house and the painter obviously didn't now how to paint
Inexpensive, clean and friendly.
Its an older property the owners are trying to fix up.
Staff was friendly.
Wifi did not always connect. I was eaten up in my room over my first nights stay. They cleaned it extra well and it took the problem away. I think it was fleas. Manager would not speak to me directly. She was in her office and would not come out
Parked right in front of door. Room had two queens as stated. Fridge and microwave in room.
Room smelled strongly of mildew. Poor choice of paint colors with burnt orange and burgundy. No tissues in room; Had to use to use toilet paper instead. Loud rattling air conditioner. Room was very expensive for what you get. We paid $140 plus tax for a cheap-looking motel room.
Not enough parking Room had an Awful smell like vomit It was hot The fridge was terrible did not cool Wish we could have a refund
The rooms were filthy a little clorox would help desinfect toilets and love my carpet products would keep bad odors away. Cleanliness should be the number one practice in all hotels.
Proximity to the outlet stores.
Bathroom had no exhaust fan; carpet was dirty and smell was awful.
The room was clean and spacious. The staff nice.
Very old. Owner needs to reinvest and bring things up to modern times.
The temperature control on the room air conditioner was broken.
The pool was not clean and directly on the highway
The employees were pleasant and helpful. The location was close to the highway plenty of restaurants within a short distance. Beds were comfortable. It was an easy experience.
Nothing really. It did what it was suppose to do
Absolutely no updates, the bathroom door sticks when you close it. There was not enough adequate towels in the room. The bed spread was stained. The beds were terrible to sleep on. The bathroom itself was awful. The headboard was broken and missing pieces of wood or particle board. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
we were in the pool and told to get out at 10pm for no reason. then at about 11pm other people were allowed to swim in the pool. Don't discriminate.
Pool was dirty Carpet was filthy Room stunk Bathroom floor sticky Box spring was absolutely filthy Wall scratched and needed painted Wall also had some kind of fluid spilled on it wifi was ridiculously irritating one of the staff members was witnessed handling breakfast items with her bare hands, really?!!
The staff was unprofessional. The clerck used bare hands to put bread back in the breadbag, had dirty nails, and when I asked her to make more coffee at 9:25 she said no because breakfast was over at 9:30am. And finally, the owner tried to tell me that the rooms were $200 rooms and that I was getting a great bargain at 1/2 the price. No offense but I traveled a lot and those rooms are no where near $200 rooms. I think corporate needs to re-evaluate their hotels and not only be reasonable but realistic.
Very large comfortable bed and the people at the desk were very nice. The muffins in the continental b'fast were good and we could buy popcorn & snacks for a dollar :)
Free breakfast left something to be desired. Not real orange juice, no fruit. The carpet in our room was dirty. White socks were black after briefly walking around the room. We were told they are cleaned every 3 months. That's not often enough. The pool was tiny and had bugs floating in it. As for the location, this is poor planning on the city's part- that you have to drive miles out of the way to get back to the hotel because of the one-way streets and access roads adjacent to the highway. In our opinion, Texas has a lot of work to do.
Bugs in room Bathroom door hard to shut Paint peeling Beds hard as a rock
Cheap price. Avalibality of breakfast.
Coffee maker was broken. Location was hard to get to from downtown. Tub didn't seem clean.
