Breakfast room is really too small for size of motel.

One of the most friendly hotel that I have been in. Mengment willing to help in any way.

It was too short

When booking the details set pets ok but when I got there I was told that they dont accept pets.... &Quot;well that they are detering from accepting pets" then charged me for my dog- if I knew it was extra I wouldnt of booked the budget price and wouldnt of brought my dog

Staff really friendly. We arrived at hotel at midnight and there was zero problem, you just ring the bell and you're in bed right away. Very comfortable room, and even when there was like -7 celsius degrees outside you did not realized.

Breakfast might need to be improved, but worth the money.

I loved the front desk lady!! She was so nice and helpful! She should be at a five star resort with the information she gave me on the area and night life! If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have had such a good time!! Also the discount on food at the pub was a great perk!!

My stay was to short! And you should clean up the pool! Hot tub was great but clean the darn pool!

Skiing friendly with Heavenly Bus stop just steps away. Can walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. Near beach. Friendly owners, helpful information and accommodating. Good breakfast choices. Good Wi-Fi reception. Clean rooms although a bit dated in parts. Enjoyed my stay very much.

The owner was awesome! We arrived very late and she checked us in at 2am. We stayed on a weekend and the rate couldn't be beat. The hotel was very clean, good breakfast, and the owner is a great tour guide. This is a great value for your money if you need a place to stay to go visit Lake Tahoe!

Charge $1.50 a night for safe in room, have to call back after to credit if you don't use. Shady! parking is somewhat crazy. old bathrooms

The two front-desk folk were extremely friendly. Selling discount ski lift tickets at the front desk was a huge help. And Heidi's, the restaurant situated nearby, is bloody well delicious.

Nice Staff. Nice place. I will recommend my friends.

Nothing, al;htough some noise from nearby road works. (this won't last long though)

Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. We changed our stay from a Friday, Saturday stay to a Thursday, Friday stay and they made sure that we were charged accordingly. Very much appreciated.

Not much other than the rate per night was resonable..I would not stay there again, and wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends or family..

The room as well as the bathroom were old and in need of some upgrading. The pool area, lounge charis were filthy..The linens were very poor quality and in short supply..

Upon checking in my wife fell at the entrance. The manager changed our room from upstairs to a room on the first floor. Even though we did not request a handicap room the manager realized that my wife was handicapped. The bathroom setup for a handicapped person was outstanding. Also on checking out the manager seemed receptive to the suggestion that the step in front of the office should be painted yellow as a safety precaution.

The continetal breakfast was a bit sparse. I would like to suggest that donuts or danish be added.

The staff was awesome. The hotel was quiet and close to the lake. The room was small but clean. I would return to this hotel because of the staff!

The breakfast could have had more but was adequate. Because I had a dog I had to be on the first floor and I would have preferred the second floor.

It was clean and a great location for the wedding I attended. Many of the other guests stayed at the condos next door at a higher price and I was quite happy at HoJo's for the price. .

The shower was mostly cold and hot in spurts. The breakfast was weak at best but didn't expect anything great for the price.

The room was well-appointed, with comfortable bed, refrigerator, safe, flat-screen tv, and walk in shower. Limited beach view, but only a short walk to the beach. Offered discounts at Heidi's (next door restaurant), which was awesome. Great room for the price!

Interior and exterior decor are dated.
