The room was comfortable Bed was one of the best I have slept on in a motel
Wi'Fi didn't work. I couldn't connect to the internet.
Bed was extremely comfortable!!
Hotel was a little hard to find.
Was a little better than expected. There are some lesser hotels in the area so this was better than expected. Nothing great but not bad either. Will stay again. Paid high weekend rate, I have had much better for the price, weekday rate seems reasonable. I would have tried to negotiate a lower price but hotel was full. Crowded at breakfast, but was OK.
Staff not responding to complaint--- aw yea we heard--
Friendly staff, Comfortable beds, clean rooms. nice breakfast.
Meagan was excellent. She went out of her way to show us various places to dine that evening. She was very pleasant and a valuable asset to your organization
The facilities were really good and the room was very comfy and convenient after our long journey
The breakfast room was small for the size of the hotel which meant it got really got really quickly in the mornings
Close proximity to airport. This is a nice Howard Johnson's Motel.
We had no concerns
no complaints had a good stay
Friendly and helpful staff. We have already booked another night there.
WiFi connection not very good.
The motel was quiet. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was easy to get to and easy to find. There is a Mexican restaurant near the restaurant for someone who enjoys that fare. There is also a small seafood restaurant located a five minute walk away.
There was no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. The hallways had a pleasant smell to them but the room had a musty smell. Whatever is used on the hallway carpeting should also be used in the rooms to deodorize them.
It wasn't ideally located. It wasn't super clean. It was what we expected for the price in a very busy Maine weekend though.
No fridge in room they did not come to clean our room.. Should have a safe
Free wifi Staff friendly aside from 1 man at night. Day housekeeper so nice, had the do not clean sign on the door and was on my way out. He stopped me and have us clean towels. He was very very friendly.
Night receptionist was not friendly. I asked for the wifi password he just looked at me and handed me a small piece of paper with the password. Didn't say hi or address me at all and never said a word to me the whole time. Following night our key to the room stopped working, same man working, again didn't say a word to me until he needed to confirm who I was. That was it. I said thank you and he never even responded. Thought that was weird and rude.
While I was there for 3 nights I had 3 different rooms. First room (224) the bed was like sleeping on cement it was so hard. Didn't get much sleep that night. The second room (231) bed was about 5% better but the toilet ran all night long after have the maintenance man come and put a new flapper in the toilet so I didn't get much sleep again. Finally the third room (105) the bed was very hard again and not much sleep that night either. Sleeping on those beds made both of my hips sore trying to find a place that was comfortable. Pay all that money away from home for a comfortable place to stay and have that happen. I believe I should get some if not most of my money back. NOT A HAPPY TRAVELER!!!
Worth the money
Room was a bit small
easy axsis to highway (location)
a little pricey.
Free shuttle Few good restaurants in the area Staff were helpful
It was a bit far from downtown
The staff was friendly and accomodating. I was there for a big craft beer event and they ran taxi's to/from efficiently. It was a very nice feature.
The hotel really needs updating in terms of paint, paper, flooring. I'd love a coffee bar in the lobby, or even a water bar, as many hotels offer in the summer. The breakfast room was fair to average, although again he staff was great.
Wi Fi was really poor.
Friendly and very helpful staff. Much cheaper than nearby hotels. It was also nicer than others nearby.
As we are from the UK we didn't know anything about a Howard Johnson hotel. We thought it might be along the same lines as a Best Western, as far as the room and bathroom were concerned they matched up. The staff were very helpful, particularly one of the receptionists when we had mistakenly stayed an extra day when we should have been elsewhere. As we hadn't used the room during the day and just our luggage was in there, he kindly refunded the extra amount we had been charged. He did realise it was a genuine stuped error on our part and we were very grateful to him.
The breakfast room was a bit depressing and again, comparing it to a Best Western, the choice of food was nowhere near as good.
Everyone very helpful, friendly
It was a little further from town than I thought it would be
Everything that involved this 68 year old couple was great for a good nights rest. Was very pleased to be able to get a first floor room since my husband has a disability!
There were no negatives reaslly but as a comment or two - Breakfast was sooooooooooooooo busy we left as people were waiting for coffee & pastry refills Saturday AM. Guess that was good for business. Not a deal breaker for us tho!!! Wish I could have gotten a Christian tv station - like SonlifeBroadcasting!!!!!
The pool needs to be fixed needed cleaning
The room was nice and cleaned
