Location Price Clean room
Lobby is not clean Credit card reader did not work Had to pay cash
I like the location because there was a bus that stopped directly in front of the hotel that took you to the subway station or you could walk if the weather was cooperating. The staff were nice and helpful. The owners and staff are from India so it basically is a family run operation (or at least looks that way). For the price I paid for the room I got what I paid for. A safe place to sleep and watch a little TV when I came back to the room.
There were no restaraunts in the area. Only a corner deli and a 7-11 across the street. They do offer parking but the lot is very small and my car was bumped. I didn't notice it until I was on the road and had to get gas.
Location Value Parking Room size Clean
Lobby carpeting not clean
plastic on mattress, ragged towels, dirty room, not working safe, twice took money from credit card, barely speak English, and for that they take 100$ per night in Queens...
I didn't feel all that safe at the hotel. The car parking wasn't really secure. One of the ladies on reception was plain rude, I asked if she had a map and she said no. However when my partner had asked the other lady earlier she said they had maps...he went back and asked this lady and she gave us a map. When we came back later that night at about 8pm the lobby stank of marijuana. The room was all that clean :(
The hotel is dirty dramatically. Room not cleaned the rooms except for years. In addition, the motel rents rooms by the hour. So also they look. On the beds are spread oilcloth. Despite this, everything is dirty. Hotel is absolutely not worth the money.
staff on front desk, comfortable bed, silence
dust!!, clogged sink
Location, cleanliness, conveniency,
The walls are not soundcproof
Close to bus stop and convenience stores
Havering to reprogram room key everyday. Coffee service ended at 830am
Cheapest for last minute but still not what it's really worth
Not as clean as it should be
Good just to sleep and shower
The day staff/ managers were not friendly. Made us feel like we were a bother instead of their guests. No smiles or friendly greetings. The female was rude. The towels and wash clothes were more like rags- paper thin and scratchy. We stayed there before when it was a Howard Johnson's. It was better then. Has gone down hill with this management. We go to New York four times a year. Will not stay there again.
Staff, facilities, and everything else
No continental breakfast services,no proper kitchen no ice ,poor cooling system poor and sub standard bathroom supplies.Motel is mostly for hourly use no professional services.Motel charged in advance with no options for cancellation.Rooms are so small with no proper furniture.
The location was ok; close to LaGuardia and a few nice places to eat in the neighborhood
TV didn't work, used kleenex in the corner, flickering light in bathroom, poor standard of cleanliness, tiny, shabby room and WAY too expensive for what it offers
Sex motel, crying all the time, loud housekeeping at night, no daily cleaning
Nothing good to say except the consiere spanish looking young lady, everything else is no way to say something good,
Ishould say the worst motel I ever stay in my life,I have travel to very many nations,I have lived in NEW YORK for over 50 years bad, lousy choice i've ever made to book at woodside inn,Never again even if they pay me i will refuse to associate with this establishedment, I expirience the worst,I will like to say more,But i better keep it in respect,,,,Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion on this matter,,,,,
Near bus stop and Manhattan
Easy (though hilly)10 min walk to subway station(20-25 min to mid town), variety of nearby convenience stores, places to grab a bite, neighbor hood felt safe walking at night(2 women-10pm), bed comfortable, hot water takes a few minutes but plenty of it, basic accomodations for sleeping/showering,I would stay again
parking is limited(enter 65th st),very tight for larger vehicles,I was lucky I got last spot otherwise weekends it appeared on street parking was readily available-weekdays extremely limited(9:00am),low water pressure(2nd floor),
Only thing I didnt like we been there 4 years straight we deserve one night complamentary last visit we made it tuesaday check out was sunday they kept cutting I room card off messing up our resevarion dates
They didnt have clean small face towels n wash towels other than that we had a nice stay
It was a cheap bed to sleep in.
-The staff was rude and unfriendly. -Room smelled funny.
Location, and front desk courteous.
Room small, no face towels, didnt bring me any after I requested. Gave me a hand towel. No breakfast, no coffee available. Hadnt been made. Porn channel should be optional. Thank goodness no children with me
