Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean. Slider doors on King rooms.

Channel guide for tv was not up to date. Pillows kinda small. Card keys did not work and had to have them re-done 3 times which still did not work. No meat choice on the breakfast buffet, and no second choice of pastry.

Our bed was without any blankets or bedspread....only a top sheet and bottom sheet. The bottom sheet was fitted, but was too small for the mattress, and would not stay on the mattress for more than a minute or two. We asked the main desk for a blanket to be sent to our room, and they said that they would send housekeeping to deliver it us, but it never arrived. It was a most uncomfortable...and cold night, as we had to use our coats to keep warm while we tried to sleep.

Bed sheets didn't fit and easily came off when just sitting down. Comforter smelled dirty. Neighbors were loud kids running an yelling down hallway at 3am

One of the bulbs in the bathroom fixture was out; the was only one tissue in the dispenser, though it was carefully folded indicating that the maid knew it was empty; the wall of the shower has two long black hairs dried on the wall; the bulbs in the lamps were so dim that reading was impossible; out of date TVs.

My room had an exceptionally noisy refrigerator that made constant noise all night. I did not sleep well.

main bathroom very clean and well kept.

I wish the ice machines could be on all floors, lounge chairs by the pool could be in better condition, and more supervision of children who were using the hot tubs keeping other guest from using the accessory features.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the place is a little old. The tv was so old the screen was green! Lol! But the staff was great as well as the location right off the freeway.

The room was comfortable

The shower would only go from scalding hot to freezing cold. The breakfast was cold and not fresh. The pool and spa were advertised but not open. A huge disappointed since we booked specifically for that reason. The front desk on the first day was not helpful and rude. My reservation was originally wrong and I was not told the check out time or breakfast. Compared to other places we could have stayed this was extremely overpriced for what we got

Very conveniently located. It was nice to have a pool and hot tub.

Overall, the rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. If it were updated it would make everything better. The hot tub was too small. The breakfast did not have enough healthy options. The breakfast nook was dirty and felt uncomfortable to eat there. Hotels should be switching to compost able paper plates and utensils and have a designated place to recycle and compost. This would help get everyone more aware of how to help the environment. It's worth it! Mostly families with small children were there when we were and it could be a great teaching and learning opportunity without much effort. Please make changes! Then I could recommend this hotel.

Discounts would have been nice for seniors, no matter the rate. Even if one doesn't have aarp and even if you made the reservation online.
