Overall, very spacious. New and clean.

Met my expectations. Very clean, delightful and helpful staff, having two separate rooms. I did not take advantage of pool and exercise facility but it was nice to have it available.

The bed had some sunken spots

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and well maintained.

Actually, I found nothing to complain about.

The size of the room was nice. The kitchen facilities were nice to have with a full-sized fridge and sink.

The smoke alarm was chirping when we got to our room. I called the front desk at 5pm and they said they would take care of it. I called again at 9pm and they said they would be right up. When we checked out the next morning, it still had not been fixed. The filters in the bedroom and bathroom had lint and dirt growing out of them. They had a reception from 530pm to 700pm in the breakfast area. It consisted of a bowl of pretzels, bowl of potato chips and dips. How cheap can you get??

We liked the pleasant desk clerks and welcoming lobby, our immaculate suite of rooms and its comfort factor (cushy bed, couch, chairs and a spotless bathroom), two tvs, a decent breakfast, convenient parking, morning newspaper and the in-suite coffee maker.

Breakfast ran dry on our second morning; President's Day just as we got there to have some and we weren't alone. Even the coffee pot was empty. Many went without that morning but we realize it was a school holiday as well as a National holiday so there were lots of travelers.

Son the concierge was a doll. Despite being very I'll, he was full of wit and joie de vivre and useful information. The breakfast was very generous, and included local delicacies like grits. They only charged us for one night although we had booked for two and had emailed them to let them know we were going to be late. Great place. If it were not so far out of town - for travellers without a car - it would have been 100%.

Tv malfunction. No resolution. Operational problem..they should have ] owners manual to allow checking.

Good value for the price. The location was covenant for me, just a few blocks from daughter and son in-law. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good. The coffee was pretty good as well.

I didn't care for the maid service. The in room coffee pot wasn't cleaned everyday and she never left coffee for in the morning. I had to go to the front desk for coffee. I stayed six nights and each morning I went downstairs for the complimentary breakfast, but brought the food to my room to eat. The dishes were still there where I left them on the table when I got back at night! The bathroom was clean, the bed made, and it was comfortable.

Beds/Pillows Noise was low cleanliness

Found a former client had left a sock under the table in the office area and a wet wash cloth left on the shower .

Everything...the free breakfast was delicious, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved that when we got there the room had a full kitchen and a seperate bedroom. The front room had a pull out couch, chair, desk and tv. The bed was very nice and luxurious with really nice sheets. The bedroom also had a tv. Overall, even though it wasn't in a very convenient area, it was a great deal and everything to do in Charleston is within driving distance. Breakfast every morning was very nice. It had several hot options, pastries, and cereals. There's also a "social hour" every evening during the week with complimentary beer and wine.

Several of the machines in the workout room were broken. There was no hot tub.

The staff was friendly and helpful, it was located conveniently and it was quiet at night.

The shower left a lot to be desired, no water pressure at all no matter where the shower head was turned.

king size bed is not comfort.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the facilities. The room was comfortable and spacious. Having the mini kitchen and sitting room made the stay feel more like home. The ease with which we were able to get into and out of Charleston, SC made the stay more pleasant, besides the close proximity to the interstate.

The bed!!!!! It was like sleeping on a thick cloud!!!! I loved it!!!!!!

The parking lot is way too small and the parking is very tight!
