A charming B and B. The owners who take care of every detail are a lovely couple
We have no negative comments.
Loved the front suite, watching the sunrise from bed. Amazing hospitality and great food all lead to a comfortable stay.
The hosts Robert and Letitia were warm and welcoming. Huber`s Inn is a million miles away from the corporate chain hotel experience and perfect for romantic breaks or small family get-togethers. Our room was beautifully decorated, as was the whole house, with a wonderful view of the lagoon, a huge, comfy bed and antique furniture. The breakfast was served on exquisite china in the sunny and luxurious dining room. Fresh fruit, wholemeal croissants, delicious bread, pastries and jams with fresh orange juice and good coffee all served graciously by our hosts who entertained us with their stories. We came away feeling refreshed and pampered, while the excellent Wi-Fi connection ensured that we kept up to speed with the outside world!
Not a problem for us, but Huber`s Inn is located away from the main drag of Water Street, so you need to drive rather than walk to attractions.
We had a warm welcome to the Huber Inn B&B. Great tips and insights of Port Townsend were shared. The room was beautifully presented with a surprise gift bag. The B&B is located 15 minutes walk from town, however the position next to the lagoon is peaceful and wonderful for wildlife viewing. We saw 4 deer and countless bird species on an early morning walk. Our dine-in breakfast with local ingredients and fresh baked goodies was very enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay in Port Townsend and will definitely be back.
The trip was too short for one night!
Leticia and Robert were wonderful hosts, so thoughful and welcoming, and they went out of their way to help us, cathing us up after we had left to return a guidebook that we had left behind. The house is amazing. Highly recommended
The owners, the accommodation, and the food were delicious!
Hosts were warm and welcoming, and helpful. Convenient location across from beautiful lagoon. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Very clean.
The hostess and host were very gracious and attentive. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfy. Towels, robes, and slippers all in place. The hostess was very patient with our two young children 3 (almost 4) and our 6 year old. Breakfast was impressive and the solarium beautiful.
My mother-in-law didn't come and we brought our electric car - charger gave us 4 miles/hr. I would have tried to fetch her if the 70 mile round trip to Sequim would have been feasible. Her presence would have made the value excellent.
Location and hospitality
Bathroom could have been cleaner
Advertised as two bedroom suite with complimentary wine and chocolates. In reality, was two separate too.s with bath in communal hallway. Living room was actually the main living room, not an actual suite. No wine or chocolates provided. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Warm, helpful owners. Walk to Blue Moose. Lovely view of lagoon. Comfortable mattress. Requested special diet was accommodated.
Wifi not functional. Hot tub present but not functional. Closet in room also used as storage closet for off-season clothing (in garment bags). General need for updating, maintenance, and a thorough cleaning. Two full flights of stairs with luggage - one to common areas, one more to guest rooms. Paper mill odor. No bathroom ventilation. Bedroom ventilation by open windows onto street.
Very comfy beds, elegant spaces, fresh-squeezed orange juice, enchanting view!
Steep stairs inaccessible for handicaps; no tv.
The host was a wondeful host, very helpful and nothing was too much for him. We loved the cat, breakfast was good with fershly squeezed OJ And also managed to get us some green tea.
Nothing that would influence our choice to go again
Lovely home and hosts.
Nothing - everything was very nice.
The warm welcome, the peace, the views, the deer in the garden, the cat and the chats with Robert at Breakfast, the birds on the lake opposite our window. Leticias welcoming hugs when we first arrived. Just far enoght out of Port Townsend not to be worreid by the Thanksigivng visitors but near enough to enjoy the feel of the town. In fact everyhting was just perfect.
Not being able to walk into the Town as I had a broken foot.!
The owners were very nice and gracious. They helped out regarding questions and ideas where to go and what to do in and around town.
Would have liked if it was on the bay but the marsh area was filled with migrating birds.
Very nice accomadations. Nice Italian resturant nearby.
the hosts were very warm and friendly. and the breakfast in the morning was delightful in the sunroom. the beds and rooms were very comfortable.
the location but it wasn't bad other than one had to drive to the downtown with limited time.
The welcome, the kind and hospitable owners, the room (with view to the lake - other rooms a smaller), and the fabulous breakfast with quality products.
