Extremely dirty building, it shouldn't have rugs in the hallways they are stained, smell of vomit etc. Also the apartments shouldn't have any kind of rugs the one exixtings are dirty

We couldn't have asked for anything better. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. Close to subways, restaurants, and stores.

Close to Times Square. 24 hour reception, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was well located and we were able to walk most places we wanted to go - there was a subway close by for places we couldn't walk to. The apartment was very nice.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable for my kids.

Convenient location for the meetings I had on my trip

Our apartment 8L had a bedbug problem. There were 2 bedrooms, 4 guests, and everyone got bitten badly throughout the stay. We reported this to the management, who sent up a team to clean the place, but this did not solve the problem and we were still being bitten afterwards. They had no other available apartments to move to. We never received a report despite the fact they would send a report about it after they sent the cleaning team. Very disappointing treatment after a horrible experience.

Central location -all staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to get anywhere from here.

We stayed in a three bed apt. Two bedroom were excellent but the third room was very basic with trundle beds. Not suitable for a group of six adult women. We expected three proper bedrooms. The third room did not even have heating or wardrobes. We had to literally live out of a suitcase for a week.

We did not stay at midtown located at west37th street as there was some difficulty due to the recent weather experienced by New York so they movs from a booked studio into a two bedroom apartment located or West 259 50th Street, Broadway so this is more a review of that apartment. Last year in 2011 August we stayed at Midtown apartments, they were excellent hence why we were going back BUT BUT BUT let me tell you the 250 west (betqeen 8th and 7th streets), 50th street was even more magnifoicent. It was a two bedroom aparment on 29th floor (29A). We had views out of lounge room window of Broadway. The apartment was large excellently equiped. Washer and dryer on level two with gym and indore pool. Waher and dryer $2.60 each per load. Need your own wasking powder. Wash takes 30 mins Dryer takes 50 mins. Room had ebsuite, very very large huge amiunt of wardrobe spave and space to stores bags.had its own TV and ensuite bathroom and toilet. Showe over bath Water pressure excellent and plenty of hot water Second room two singles. Extra bathroom near the second bedroom exactly the same as ensute toilet, shower over bnath well appointed and whilst bshowering view of broadway fully equiped kitchen with everything you will ever need. jug, toaster micro 4 gas burner hotplats and 1 very good oven. 2 door fridge. There is a supermarket on corner of 8th and 49th whgich has everything Food Emporium The location generally in middle of broadway, apartment was serviced by five lifts was quiet and clean but was ot serviuced daily. We were there for 7 days ans no service but tht did not matter as everthing was provided to do whst had to be done. Cost of this unit obviously more expensive nbut if you can afford it and want to stay in this area then do it well worth the money. Well done to all Congrats to Sky Apartment on making sure we were looked after as well Well done indeed and much appreciated.

The location was great as we were only a ten minute walk from Times Square and Broadway. The apartment was more spacious than in the pictures and was very clean and cosy. The service from Sky City and in particular Tiffany who managed our booking was second to none, as she was always helpful and friendly and even when our flights were cancelled was always available on the phone or email and would always promptly replied to any queries. I would use this company again and would be happy to stay in that location again when visiting ny. Can't fault it at all!

When you travel as a family, it is always nice to have an appartment to be able to relax together "at home" not sitting in a small hotel-room. The location is perfect for times square, Broadway etc.

Close to the Lincoln tunnel, a lot of traffic and noice from cars 24/7 The windows only reduced the noice a bit..

Location was ideal. The two bedroom apartment was a plus when you have older children. Good Kitchen facilities even though we didnt use.

I didnt like the idea that we had to check in at Skycity office which was two blocks east from the actual appartment. We then had to cart 100kg's of luggage plus to the actual appartments by foot through New york streets. Not very professional. The same thing when we checked out and wanted our luggage minded because of our late flight. We had to do the same trip back to the Sky city office.

Great location, enjoyed using the sun terrace. Clean, modern, well equipped. Can't really fault it.

We were charged to store bags in reception on last day. We were told to go the the office on arrival in New york, not straight to the appartment. At the office we were told that the keys were ready with the concierge and we could get access. Not much fub dragging out suitcases up the street in the heat and humidity when there was no need. Small quibbles, though.

It was within a couple of miles of Times Square and was accessible to most attractions including the Theatre District, Museums and the City Sightseeing Bus routes.Convenience stores were handy as well as restaurants.

The air conditioner was a bit clunky and seemed to be working overtime to cool the place. Fortunately for most of our stay the weather was beautiful at 77 deg and therefore the air conditioning in the room wasn't as severely taxed as it might have been otherwise.

it was close to every thing and the rooms were great.

our taxi was running late and i asked reception to ring them to see if they were on the way and i was told to ring head office.i had no phone and no change.also we were charged to leave our bags their for 3 hours 40 dollars considering we were leaving this left a bad impression on us up to then i was happy with our stay.

Self contained; walking distance to everything interesting; safe, interesting neighborhood.

The apartment is within walking distance of everything and would recomend staying there. Good for families and secure building nice people at the front desk

Front desk worker named Reggie who was very rude on our arrival. We never saw him after that...he doesn't belong in a job working with people.

Good sized, well equipped, clean rooms in ideal location for New York sightseeing. Would recommend and use again.

Great location and facilities. Apartment was clean and it really felt like home.

Just a little noisy but that's NY for you. The addition of curtains in the bedroom would really help.
