Good food, good services and nice people
17th floor and as it was a 1st... Really noisy and cold.
The style of it all.
People slamming their doors.
Great location, cool design, quiet compact room with everything we needed
"Yeah" is not what I expect when I go to a barman to order a drink... Public areas very noisy at night, one or two quieter food/drink spots would be nice
Shower and bed were great
Tight quarters, hardly enough space to walk in with luggage and I could hear EVERYTHING going on next door, and it was plenty
The lobby and clubs were beautiful and unique I will be back in the spring when they open the outside areas.
Price of room at time of travel
Location is ok
Everything else. Room stank, too small, decorated badly... not a fun place.
The location, cleanliness, polite staff.
It was very loud at 2-3 am...
Location and design of main areas
Rooms tired and standard so small we had to upgrade. Pipes very noisy and woke us during the night
The only thing that was good was the staff, very friendly and pleasant.
For the money we paid, the room was smaller than my walk in closet, waited over 45 minutes for a luggage cart, then had to go down to get it ourselves, such a joke, we will never stay at your hotel again, it was horrible,
The hotel location is great.
The bathroom was so small it was barely useable. The wifi was extremely intermittent and I needed to get help from IT department but it still didn't work well. There was never enough front desk staff working to answer the phones and keep the guest checking lines flowing.
Very close to Central Park
Was not aware that the room had a window allowing one to see in to the bathroom. Would have been unfortunate had I been staying with another person.
Great Location Good vibe Nice decor in room Friendly staff
Public spaces are intersting. Room itself small but comfortable. Really great front desk staff!
Hallways/room doors really need some attention. Doors slam SO loudly that stuff falls off the bathroom sink :-(. Gross Hallways do not match the niceness of the rooms
noise in any room at any floor. i change 3 rooms at it was the same problem. i will never choose this hotel again
Room designed effective for the size.
room way to small with super tiny bathroom
Close to the Metro and central park. Studio room was large and comfortable.
The hotel fills up with locals looking to party especially on Fri and Sat. You will not get into any of the 3 clubs or lounges to eat or drink. The management has a strict dress code and they do not advertise the hours or policies anywhere. We had issues with rude management, were not let in and then another night could not even get in because the venues were so crowded. Also the addition of the resort fee is a joke. internet is not free - you pay for it with the resort fee and it is slow or non existent and you are basically paying for a food credit. no great amenities. I will not be staying there again. Too bad because I have stayed here before and really enjoyed this hotel before.
The bed was nice..that's about it.
Staff in reception and bar alike exceptionally rude. Honeymooners in NY for the first time on Christmas Day and the room was nothing like the website, rubbish view, miniature room, a light that wouldn't turn off, and average shower. i know the terrace shuts for Winter but why the other bar was shut is beyond me. Almost ruined a very special day for us.
We liked the location of the hotel, very nearby the subway, supermarket and diners.
It was really really hot inside the hotel. We did have an air conditioner in our room, but the whole machine was at the head of the bed, and made a terrible noise, so we couldn't use it during the night. There was also a cockroach in our room.
friendly service, extremely accommodating, great location. Party downstairs on the weekends
heater made noise all night
my labtop is broken in the room
Staff did not handle or concerns
