Staff was very good.

Queen size rooms are too small. The bathroom is a ridiculous size and entirely unsuitable for anybody other than a contortionist. It is probably the smallest hotel room I have stayed in in 45 years of travel.

Good location, friendly staff, helpful front desk

First room assigned was dirty (hair on table, previous guest's underwear and shorts left on table), very noisy at night - lounge's music can be heard from my room on 4th floor), room was much smaller than expected for the price I paid, not informed about renovations - would not have paid so much.

Affordable, good value and convenient location. Rooms were small, but contained all needed.

Dining and food needs upgrading. However, the few choices available were quite good. We had dinner and breakfast, cafeteria style dinning, varied dishes are placed out and you select what looks appealing. I was amazed with what the cooks managed to do with humble chicken thighs and skirt steak. The breakfast was good, featured organic eggs, ect. Stanard fair. Expensive, but so is everything in New York City. I would definitely stay at the Hudson again.

The hallways to the rooms are dim and creepy.

Location is great. And there is very good night club in the hotel.

The room is very small, tiny-tiny. If you do shopping in NY, there's no place to put the bags. Also theinterior design is a bit too dark. Shower is badly installed, water is all over the place in the bathroom.

Entire floor including my room smelled like pot on two separate occasions. And the locks on the Dior always stuck!

The hotel is great, modern decor and excelente location! The only concern is the room... It is too small! No space for the luggage or shopping staf.

The staff was SO friendly and helpful, it was such a warm welcome to NYC. The rooms were definitely small but it has two closets and the bed was very comfortable. Fresh sheets and towels every day was a treat. ROoms equipped with hair dryer, safe and iron. It was nice to stay in a such a unique and stylish hotel while in NY- especially because it was in such a great location and price was definitely reasonable.

Location was good

I've stayed here many times, but this is the first time in a few years and it was frankly awful, real disappointing as I used to stay here as standard when I was in New York. Dirty room, poor service, no room service, very poor wifi, the list goes on. It's run by people who really do not care about the guests or hotel

The concierge and the packaging department service was great! They helped me a lot to receive my package just before my departure! Thanks a lot!

The room we stayed in was just soo tiny! It was really too small.Actually my friends warned me before but i did not expect it this small!

The rooms are small and the hallway in the floors is not good it looks like an old apartment building
