fantastiskt trevlig personal som ringer och fixar & donar med ett leende på läpparna, snyggt, bra läge nära shopping och central park.

ganska små rum, minimal toalett (ej byggda för långa och storväxta) och dyr mat. inte särskilt barnanpassat.

Dels försvann en personlig handduk jag hade haft med mig och den fick jag aldrig tillbaka. Sen var det VÄLDIGT högljutt på hotellet, och det hade jag nog velat att det framgick att jag skulle bo på en nattklubb bokstavligen talat. Jag var inte riktigt beredd på det. Dessutom är det riktigt små rum och det kan vara bra att tala om det i hotellinformationen.

Coola barer och restauranger. Härlig atmosfär. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Små och mörka rum. Lite slitet. Sängarna var låga och hårda och inte höga amerikanska fluffiga.

Nothing -biggest wate of money

It's convenience for downtown Manhatten and it's friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Although they are trying to have their own design and style, it was simply too dark. The lighting was poor in both the lobby area and also the rooms.

I really enjoyed the hotel -- lobby is great. Will definitely come back to see courtyard in spring. Double room was fine -- halls were a little too dark but that did not seem to be uniform. Loved the hotel bar.

Seriously, only the location and beautiful lobby and bar area (Which sadly I was too busy to enjoy). The rooms are not user friendly. No space for clothes (dresser) lighting for reading very poor. Bathroom space for personal items almost nonexistant. The worst part is that our room was flooded when we arrived at 12:00 We did not have any help after several requests in moving our belongings so did not get settled since we had to repack and carry all our belongs ourselves until 2:30 A.M.. This was following a 3 1/2 hour performance I was in at Radio City. I had a performance the next day and the lack of sleep almost did me in. Continuing..... And over flow drain must have been plugged. The manager simply did not care as actually said because she upgraded us to a suite we should be thankful ... basically it was not a concern to her that we had to move ourselves in the middle of the night. Additionally, the doormen never opened a taxi door for me or helped me get out with luggage, bags, etc..... or even got a cab for me. Every time I saw them they were standing like statues next to the door talking to their friends (employees). Once I would approach the door they would greet me politely but it was too late!

Court yard nicely done, architecture in the reception area nice. Nice looking furniture in the rooms. Overall good interior design. Friendly staff.

-'Disco' next to reception area already at 21:00 in the evening,-very small overpriced rooms,-very expensive internet access in rooms and business center, -too strong airco in the breakfast area, -very uncomfortable bed, -tv in the room, that didn't work,-whole hotel is too dark, more light would make interiors nicer, -overall feeling dusty

The club down was awesome.. Nice ppl.. Everyone havin fun and not the regular boy gal fliritn thing in the couple.. U can actually see ppl enjoyin themselves..

Never, only for one reason ... when I woke up from the bed my head hit the edge of the lcd screen and it started bleedin.. I cud have sued the hotel for the providin with such a small and tinyyyyyyy rooms.. Seriously.. It aint worth it but otherwise everythin esle was awesome especially the club downstairs
