Lets see..the hallways were nice Very poorly run by staff. Very cheap everything was worn my carpet was so dirty big spots all over. Towels looked like they had not been washed they were so dingy. Pool not heated the entire time I was there said the heater was out none bothered to fix it. Elevators were all out of order except one, like the pool nothing was fixed and no apology also there was no breakfast or coffee while I was there. I was even charged for a refrigerator when I checked out I am diabetic and require one for my meds. And also charged me for the microwave. Every hotel I stay in has those as part of the room. Very misleading about everything. The room cleaning staff did ok. Ab Burlington nc

Close to Huntington beach area and long beach. Too far from main LA attractions. For the price, hotel facilities are run down. Pool was cold, jacuzzi not operating and breakfast not included.

No hot water for a day, they did not even give a discount for it and after several times that I called them they fixed the problem, the towels was not clean. Carpet was dirty. I don't recommend it at all!!!

Very clean and beatiful the outside of the bulding. I paied for a kingsize bed and thy put two bed together. The "cotinental break fast" is a shame, have only coffee and some little pie, the hotel break fast is 10 dolar Per person, But is also very poor.

Inexpensive. 1.We were mislead as when we booked online, it said price included breakfast but when confirmation was received it listed breakfast was for $ 11 per person which we never read until we were told at the hotel upon being in the breakfast room. 2. The final receipt does not add all charges and is very confusing!!!!!

The staff was friendly and greeted everyone courteously. There was morning coffee, fruit and mini-muffins that were complimentary each morning. The pool and spa were down for the summer. The WiFi did not work well in our room. The elevators were being refurbished, so the wait time was long on some days. The fitness room was messy, the equipment had torn seats and I was unable to adjust the cycling seat. If you do not care about the above - it was a comfortable room and convenient to shopping.

Very clean rooms, large car park Wi fi was advertised as free but it wasn,t! This is very poor considering hotels we stayed in for less than half the cost had free wi fi. Gym and pool were out of order. Staff were not as friendly as other places we stayed in. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive for what was on offer

Hotel novo, limpo, funcionarios atencisoso, quartos amplos, piscina, jacuzzi. cafe da manha tinha q ser pago a parte, U$ 10 e mesmo não era bom! Muita pouca frutas, sem yogurte e banana. Localização dele não é boa, é longe da praia (10km) e para jovens e surfistas fica ruim ir e voltar toda a hora

L'hôtel est très bruyant, la musique du bar est à fond jusqu'à 1 am, les jeunes crient, claquent les portes, si vous voulez dormir, choisissez un autre hôtel.

Great value for money! A close-in, safe location with comfortable rooms, good facilities and great access to shopping, beaches and The hotel needs to look into their strict "no checkin before 3:00pm" policy for out of town travellers. An upgrade of elevator finishes should enhance image.
