The Waterfront Beach Resort, A Hilton Hotel  

The room was beautiful. Extremely comfortable. Nicely decorated. Hotel staff were outstanding!!!!

At $400 dollars a nite it should include parking. Valet service had trouble locating car after I left and returned and went to leave again. Could use some improvement there. Again the valet staff was very polite and apologetic. Offering cold water engaging in polite conversation.

The friendly and hospitable staff compliments the Waterfront Beach Hotel. We had a very memorable visit and cant wait to come back.

In reviewing my bank activity I showed numerous charges $50.01, 50.00, $.01 and $52.84. I have yet received a call or email regarding these charges.

The first room on the lower floor was not satisfactory I was moved to a higher level room that was remodeled

View, the location walking distance to downtown HB. The pool and the restaurants as well as super friendly staff.

Having no option but to pay to park.

The facility was beautiful. across the street from beach is great. the beds were super comfortable. the room was very clean. view of the ocean, amazing.

The in-room coffee maker didn't work well. I needed more tea bags. We didn't realize we had a small refrigerator 'till we were checking out! wish the bathroom was a little bigger.

I wish the hotel would disclose that they only have valet & it costs $28 a day plus a tip, not $26 like the website says & it makes it very inconvenient to get out & go anywhere. The surf hero shop we ate at one night we got sandwiches spending $45 & we got up to the room the bottom of the bread was soggy. The air conditioning did not work in the room. The dryer that we used at the facility did not dry the clothes. We got room service 3 nights out of 5 & it cost $65 every time for 2 adult & 2 kids meals & no drinks :( You are constantly tipping for every little thing.

There was a loud humming noise disturbing us one whole night. I told staff in the morning and the disturbance was removed (which I do like!)

My youngest daughter lives in Huntington Beach so I am there 3-4 times a year to visit her and I only stay at your Hilton.

I wish I had requested the 9-11 floor because I LOVE the view of the pier!!!! I was on the fifth floor and couldn't see my favorite view! My fault - not yours. I didn't ask!!!

How quiet the room was and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We stayed in two other CA hotels on our trip and this one was our favorite.

The gift shop. Not big enough considering the location and size.

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff!.

Unsure about time for housekeeping services. Went to beach from 11am to 2pm when I returned the room was as I left it. One call corrected the situation immediately.Also was told "no pets" however I viewed several resort occupants with dogs (not the seeing-eye type) inside the hotel.Pillows were less than comfortable.

We loved all aspects of the hotel. The service we received was 2nd to none, the view and location to the beach was spectacular. Watched the sunset over the ocean from our room, our kids will never forget that experience.

The only complaint I have is that there doesn't appear to be exhaust fans in the bathrooms. You either shower with the door open or roast and attempt to dry off after you get out of the shower. Defeats the purpose of the shower, only your sweat smells better.

The price is littel high compair to the service

This hotel is great! The staff were so friendly and eager to help. Our room was big with a wonderful view of the ocean and pier. The beach was just across the road. The hotel assist guests by lending towels, chairs, sun umbrellas free of charge! The restaurant provided a good choice for breakfast which was good quality. The pool area was nice with plenty poolside beds available, and a small shop is there which sells snacks, drinks, towels and tee-shirts.

Not too happy about the forced valet parking service. There is absolutely no where else to park.

The location was superb, directly opposite the beach. Main street was only 5-10 minute walk along the beach where we found many shops, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return sometime in the future.

Loved the location, great service, friendly staff. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. About 75 to 90 minutes to la area depending on traffic.

A little too pricey. Paying for wifi and the use of a computer was a litter ridiculous.

Die Lage zum Meer hat uns bei diesem Hotel zugesagt, deshalb haben wir auch den hohen Preis in Kauf genommen.Die Zimmer waren zweckmässig und sauber , verglichen mit anderen Preisgünstigeren Hotels aber keineswegs besser.Die Poolanlage war schön.

Unserer Meinung nach hat dieses Hotel nicht Hilton Standart. Das per Mail bestellte Zustellbett war nicht bereit, musste im Hotel extra noch 3 mal angefordert werden. Am Pool keine Dusche. Zutritt zum Fittnesscenter erst ab 18 Jahren, auch nicht in Begleitung der Eltern. Am Tag der Abreise (12 Stunden Flug am Abend) war ein späteres Check-out(1,5 Stunden) nur mit mehrmaligen nervenaufreibenden Gesprächen möglich, wir hätten 100 Dollar extra bezahlen sollen, und das bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten und 2 gemieteten Zimmer (2000 Dollar). Wir wären auch mit einer Dusche irgendwo im Hotel zufrieden gewesen, man hat uns aber an die Dusche am Strand verwiesen, keine Dusche im Hotel,nicht einmal im Fitnesscenter ! Das Personal war alles andere als zuvorkommend, erst beim verlangen des Managers wurde unser Anliegen richtig angehört.Das spätere Check-out haben wir übrigens schon am Anreisetag angesprochen, und uns wurde zugesichert es sei kein Problem. Am Schluss durften wir 1 Zimmer für 1,5 Stunden länger behalten, aber wie gesagt nur mit grossen Nervenstrapazen! Free Wifi und kostenloses Parkieren wäre bei diesen Preisen nun wirklich angebracht.Nicht einmal Free Wifi in der Lobby. Das war das teuerste Hotel auf unserer 3 wöchigen Reise, leider aber überhaupt nicht das Beste! Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

I liked the cleaning and bell hop staff but the front desk staff is horrible and needs more customer service training.

They screwed up my reservations not once but twice and for the amount that you pay to stay there for one night this is not acceptable. I ordered room service more than once and the food was delivered both times cold. For my breakfast they forgot to add my bacon which I paid for as well...
