Hyannis Harbor Hotel  

Loved the location at the harbour, loved the lay out of the room and the attached balcony. Room was clean and upon request an extra bed was immediately brought down for one of the kids

It was out off season when we were there and the outside pool and restaurant were not yet open. Minor issue

This hotel is not a three * hotel, it is rather a motel. Staff was professional but distant and uninterested. The facility looks worn-out and needs an urgent refreshing. Our room was dirty and extremely dusty. There was an irritating smell of the pool in the hallways and stairways. I used "restaurant on site" as a search criteria. There is indeed a restaurant, but it is closed at this time of the year.

location, early in the season so we never got to use outdoor facilities this is our second year

bathroom needed some repair, touching up. the hotel is like a maze getting around, we also ran into others that were having the same problem. need better signage inside and out

Pool only open on request.whole hotel needs updating.staff speaking in their native language (not english) while talking to us.no bar out retaraunt open.

The hotel is well located on the harbour and our room was generous in size.

This is a resort style hotel which is full of families. Not very tranquil. Also did not like having to pay for parking in thre hotel carpark.

The location was very good for visiting the Cape or catching a ferry to the islands.

The rooms are very tired and a little unaired. The place is a Motel really.

The additional charge for parking was not brought to my attention at chek in time not fair to have to pay for parking

I dont agree with being charged to park my car as a guest at the hotel. I've never ever been charged to park at any other hotel I've ever stayed at. Ridiculas! That really annoyed me.

The location was awesome. We took the ferry 2 days and had no driving to do! We liked the bar/restaurant there as the service was very good and the heaters at night on the patio were warm and pretty. We would definitely recommend staying there.

The rooms need better ventilation. They were a little musty smelling and I noticed that people had hung their swimsuits outside of their rooms because things didn't dry very well inside. As others have said, it was a bit noisy. The hallways near the pool are wooden planks, which look nice but are loud with luggage and walking.

No internet. Mi daughter is a student and is taking online classes. Also, the girl at the desk did not know where the cape cod train station is. She sent us way down away from the real location. Also difficult to understand her. She should speak mor slowly.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and it was a great location for a do very little holiday which is exactly what I wanted. The HyLine ferries were right across the road for trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard and I could get the free trolley bus up to the shops.

As there were mostly couples and families there then there weren't that many opportunities for me to socialise but that's what happens when you go to a hotel for 4 weeks in August!

There were a few things I didn't like about the hotel. Rooms were very dated; was not told about 14.00 charge for parking; jacuzzi and childrens pool looked green.

Its location was great as a kick off point for the island tours,

Bathrooms were okay, but a little updating would be great!

The blue water grill restaurant, outdoor amenities were the best part of hotel

Pool was way too warm and hot tub was too cold. There wasn't a bathroom fan in the room we chose, and the bathtub/shower was tiny! The whole room was very low quality

I loved the location. The staff was very curteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Cape Cod.

I think for the price they could provide free parking.
