Wish darkening shades closed completely ( needed Velcro?) Not a major deal.
Breakfast added for 25- / couple/ day (2 day commitment)
Restaurant onsite was too expensive. Slow wifi. Construction outside.
Comfortable hotel. Accommodating staff. Proximity to Metro. Restaurants nearby.
Paid for breakfast option. Didn't know it was buffet similar to what you get at a hotel that offers free breakfast. No ability to order off a menu. Nice choices but eggs cold both mornings.
Very clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff
Someone banging on the walls for an hour each night
We sat down for their Buffet Breakfast which was wonderful, with a lot of healthy options. However, they have 2 breakfast buffet prices, $14 and $18 - we were not given a choice, but just chose buffet. Our waiter, whom was rude, charged us the $18 each price for the buffet and my 10-year old barely ate 1 plate of food. There should be a kids buffet option or at least the choice explained! Buyer Beware - but still very good.
The hotel was close to metro with quick, easy access to DC attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel and room were very clean! The room was small, but the bathroom was large and the bed was super comfortable!
No fan in the bathroom so when I took a shower the entire room got steamy and hot! Very odd for a hotel. The TV was another problem in that changing the channels took forever (some kind of delay) AND the channel guide in the room did not match what came up on the TV. Also, paid internet??
The hotel was located in a prime location right across the street from the Metro stop and a short walking distance to almost everything you would need (phamacy, coffee shop, etc). Bed was comfortable and the room was clean
Friendly helpful staff
Great location very close to the Metro stop.
best part is that has Metro station across teh street.
Spacious suite with kitchen just a fifteen minute metro ride from the Smithsonian and other attractions.
Rooms a little small. Not a huge deal, through.
Staff extra friendly & helpful. Very convenient to the Metro.
Being waked up every morning by the housekeeping service
Kind service at the bar
Tjust the overallhere were not enough towels and washcloth
Great service and status. The breakfast was also great. The Bellman, Francis, was amazing. He was very helpful, had a great attitude, and very professional.
The staff was chewing gum.
Parking was expensive; check-out was not automatic
Nice facilities; good location
No free wifi was a bummer. $23 a day for parking. Kinda wished the t.v. was bigger, and wished the front desk would have asked if I wanted any tourist information.
The room service was awesom, good portion size and fast! Spectacular crab dip!!
A little expensive but the cheaper compared to most
The staff was nice... The valet were extremely nice(Samuel) was very welcoming and polite..
* The first room was 4th floor, close to air condition system with big noise. After complained, changed to 3rd floor which had strange noise in bathroom for the whole night. After complained again, changed to 10th floor which was better. The soundproof of window seemed not good, airplane flied over the sky frequently. * When I made booking more than 2 weeks ago, I asked for higher floor room, do not understand why they gave me 4th and 3rd floor which was bottom * The reception girls could be more friendly, I did not see smile during my stay of 3 nights.
* close to Metro * close to restaurants
The location was very convenient.
My stay was quite pleasant and enjoyable.
Breakfast - we sat at 8:30 a.m. - only about 5-10 other people in restaurant. Ordered oatmeal and fruit. 9:00 - still no food.. Had to leave without breakfast. Disappointed.
Extremely helpful front desk. Made copies, deliveries to rooms, even changed my room after noisy neighbors did not stop partying. THanks Front DESK!!
Of course you have to pay $25/night for parking :(
Great price and best location! Clean room and bed.
Not many placas go eat around, especially at Night.
Great staff and close to the subway to d.c.
The beds were not very comfortable and they didn't use fitted sheets.
Location and cleanliness.
Restaurant and room service not always the best. Prices steep, although I guess I can understand why, given the quality and and location of the hotel.lu
Very nice facility. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Location is good - lots of places to eat nearby, and right next to Metro station to get into DC. I would stay there again.
Rosillyn is definitely a sleepy place at night so I had to travel a bit to find the bakery of food/entertainment I wanted
