Score from 131 reviews Wonderful
Very close to Arlington cemetery.
The noise from the street was loud. But the noise from the other rooms was just to much. Every morning from 6am to 9am the other visitors opening and closing the doors of their rooms was just to much to handle. We were on vacation and wanted to sleep in each day but there was no possibility of this.
We were able to check in early and check out late without hassle. Very close to the Metro Stored our bags for the day because we had a late flight Staff were very friendly and helpful
location money value
cannot get the same rate for staying extension through booking or Hyatt on line - no foot sleeper provided
parking was convenient. location is good, very close to the metro station.
there was a blood stain on the sheets.
NEAR SUBWAY, CLEAN QUIET ROOM
The bed was very comfortable. I got a good night's sleep. Close to metro station.
Very clean city
the construction areas
Loved how convenient it is to downtown DC
I didn't like that no no complimentary breakfast. There is no free wifi
Staff was very polite and efficacious
Most everything was too expensive
Location to Washington DC
I asked about my included breakfast, staff looked into this and said it wasn't included. However in looking at my confirmation it was included.
-there was no free WiFi in the room -The Housekeeping are coming at 9 :am o'clock every day , no sign card on the door (don't disturb ). Thank you,
Location, literally just steps from the Rosslyn Metro station. Appears to be easy to reach by car as well. Very comfortable and quiet room. Friendly staff.
Our Booking.com reservation for a king room was "sold out" when we got there, so we had to settle for a 2-double bed room (for the same price). Being a large man, that isn't nearly as comfortable. But the quality of the room made it doable.
The room was quite spacious and really quiet. Whatever they're doing for soundproofing is working!
They don't have much in the way of amenities. The bar area is really small and the weight room needs to be updated.
Room coffee system was terrible! Get a good coffee bar and creamer
Staff very helpful
Parking very hard
Very clean Centrally located with metro close Restaurant close by or on site Reasonable nightly charge
Parking Charging for WiFi
Lovely, polite and helpful staff. Huge rooms, modern tasteful décor, spacious and well equipped bathroom, nice breakfast, right next to metro station, just 5 mins to central DC, close to some great restaurants and bars just up the road in Arlington (5-10 mins walk through a lovely part of town)
Wi Fi and TV were not for free which is meaningless considering the high cost of the hotel, This hotel is not friendly comparing to many other hotels I had visited.
Great location, next to Rosslyn metro station. All attractions just a few minutes away by metro. Parking garage (incl. valet) under hotel. Very friendly service
WiFi not included in room rate (approx. $11)
Twenty bucks for parking
nice big rooms comfortable bed close to metro - great location
wifi expensive (free in lobby) staff not that friendly
I called to confirm reservations with hotel the day before and they said everything is fine. We arrived at the hotel at 2AM and they told us our carpet was wet and we couldn't stay in the room. They referred us to a different Hyatt and told us our two nights were complimentary. We received a phonecall the next day from the manager saying sorry they "overbooked" the rooms and they were only paying for one night. We had to switch hotels again. This ruined our whole trip to DC, since we only had two full days there, this situation took half of our first day away. I have never had this happen at a hotel before and was very dissapointed.
I liked the staff, the restaurant, the general cleanliness, the location
I didn't like sleeping on their mattresses, on a bed with linen that seemed like it was more plastic than fabric, and on pillows that left me with a stiff neck in the morning. Also, no free Internet, $3.75 ATM charge, $3.00 for a Snickers bar. One of the three elevators not working for Sunday checkout. We had to go up to the top floor to get a space on the elevator, after three elevators going down were crammed. Farewell Hyatt Arlington.
