Location The room is perfect Nice staff
Dinner too expensive if you choose to have it there
I love the location of the hotel. In addition, the transportation options are great around the area. If you do have a rental car, go ahead and park with the hotel since it let you in-and-out throughout your stay.
I asked for a quieter room when I checked-in. I was assigned to 1015. It was a room right around the corner of the elevators and electrical room. I heard all the elevators during my stay. That was not peaceful. I didn't want to relocate to another room since I unpack all my stuff already. At check-out, the staff didn't ask if everything was alright. Quite surprise about the professionalism there or the lack of.
I liked the location, and the cleanliness of the comfortable room.
I did not like the very unfriendly, and curt food service and front desk staff.
We booked a room with a king size bed when we got there they told us they only had double beds when i said to the girl we expected a king size bed she said well we are overbooked there is nothing i can do i will give you a free breakfast. Her attitude was what do you want from me. My first and last time there.
Really convinient location Clean Pro staff
My room had no bath thub
Loved the people at the Hyatt Arlington. Check in personal were very informative and nice. Francis the Valet was wonderful. So helpful and friendly!! Location was perfect.
The beds in a double were so small. Not queen size! Restaurant breakfast was terrible. Scramled eggs were watery...powdered?... and the price was high for the buffet. For the price of the room I think WiFi should be free. TV didn't work!
I traveled there with my colleagues. I paid almost twice as much as they did for the same type of room.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
No free wifi in rooms
Hyatt staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and hot water was hot!!!
The price didn't include free wi-fi
basic internet & car parking shall be provided to gold pass member free
Location, facility, staff, all excellent
I liked the easy access to Rosslyn Metro station. I liked that there were many places to eat just up the hill from the Hyatt, and a variety of options. I also liked sitting at a quiet table in Ruby Tuesday, just across the road, and using their free wifi to catch up on my work and family connections.
I would prefer free wifi being available in the rooms.
I stayed while in town for the Marine Corp Marathon - was pleased with the hotel and it's location. The metro was across the street which made getting to the start line pretty easy (getting on the train was another thing). Being able to walk to my hotel after the marathon was fantastic! I could see the line for the metro & shuttle wrapped around the block from my window for hours (no thank you).
It was quite expensive
Short walk to Rosslyn metro, short ride into DC. Must try Heavy Seas Ale house just round the corner.
poor HP reception in room
Beautiful room with a view. Very comfortable, attentive staff, convenient to Arlington Cemetery.
Didn't get the room I booked on line. Needed the room with more seating for family while we waited for my Father's interment.
Nice hotel, staff was helpful. The hotel is close to the metro rail.
Comfort - Cleanliness - Helpful Staff - Location
Complicated TV Remote Process - Need take a course in Special Operation
overall the hotel was a wonderful place to stay, location to DC was great, restaurant was very good
would have liked free wifi and a better rate on parking
Staff was super attentive and upbeat. Went out of their way to make us feel special, even though the hotel was packed during the marine corps marathon weekend.
I never like to pay for wi-fi, and at $11/day felt that this was a lot of money on top of an inflated room rate for the busy weekend.
Very friendly staff! Valet parking worth it!
Modern and clean. Very good location.
the room was large and clean, felt like a small apartment. High floor with decent views. Close to the army ten miler. Late check out was very helpful
There was confusion at check in on how many nights I was booked. And also at check out the booking.com price was not the one originally charged so I had to go back for the difference. Other than that the experience was fine and the hotel staff accommodated the changes.
Very close to Arlington cemetery.
The noise from the street was loud. But the noise from the other rooms was just to much. Every morning from 6am to 9am the other visitors opening and closing the doors of their rooms was just to much to handle. We were on vacation and wanted to sleep in each day but there was no possibility of this.
We were able to check in early and check out late without hassle. Very close to the Metro Stored our bags for the day because we had a late flight Staff were very friendly and helpful
