Limited food options on weekend
Beautiful hotel...wonderful stay/
Hotel is located at the heart of city. The gym facility is awesome. Indoor pool and basketball court. The shopping area located at the lobby level and there is a food court located at the lower level too. Can't go wrong with this hotel.
The queen size bed was old. It makes cracking sound when you lied your body on it. It was annoying when you have your kids sleep next to you.
Perfect location - right in heart of Philadelphia. Loved the room. Very spacious. Clean. Good value for room, location, etc.
Never ended up coming to clean room. We were in room when they made the first attempt, and we told them to come back. They unfortunately never did.
quality of hotel
What a stunning hotel. We had a wonderful stay at the Bellevue. Very spacious room and comfortable bed.
The bar on top of the building is nice. The rooms was good and the hotel is centrally located
It is a bit too expensive.
Great customer service!
Peeling wallpaper, broken furniture, less than secure lock on door, poor view.
The staff was very helpful, told us any and everything we needed to know no matter what time. The location was good everything was in walking distance.
The price for parking was high. There wasn't a private pool or gym for just guest staying at the hyatt.
Magnificent fitness facility
The complimentary glass of wine upon check-in
Parking was not complimentary
Location was amazing. It saves the hotel in my opinion. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
For a 4 star hotel, it left much to be desired. Our air didn't work correctly much of the stay. The desk offered to send up a fan... in a 4 star hotel. Our bath tub felt like it was floating with it's unsubstantial bottom, it also leaked across the floor. Hyatt nickel and dimes you, asking $5+ just to use the computer to print boarding passes. I've stayed at 2 star hotels where such facilities were complimentary. All in all I've had much better stays at 2 star hotels.
The Hyatt is a beautiful hotel with extraordinary staff. Everyone makes you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to many great bars, restaurants and shops.
The bed was better than sleeping on a cloud.
The parking was an additional $28/ night. The pool is closed on holidays and you have to pay for a microwave.
Fantastic, helpful staff. Great location!
The rooms are not very sound proofed especially if able to be accessed by adjoining door. We did have an issue with guests returning at 2am and starting to party however this was quickly dealt with by hotel staff.
People were cordial and greeted us upon arrival. They asked why we were there and provided a bottle of champagne for our anniversary celebration. Front desk and bell hops were always ready to assist. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Rowdy's getting off the elevator at 2 in the morning waking guest on the floor up.
The gym was great, also the location and big rooms.
There was a party in a room close to us at 2am and it took the staff a long time to make them quiet.
Respectful staff. Orderliness. Quality room.
Great hotel ! Enjoyed my stay.
Great location, very large rooms, the gym is massive and has everything you could ever want, ask for one of the new updated rooms as they are much nicer.
Central location (theatre and arts district); bedroom cleanliness; large comfy beds, bedrooms and bathrooms; good quality toiletries; fresh coffee maker and fridge in room; high quality breakfast; use of health club,
Small checkin, no reception/lounge area for meeting people, noisy bedroom (1509) from external air conditioning plus noise of shower and toilet from neighbouring room's bathroom, by our heads, (woke us at night), Car parking ridiculous USD 28 per night even for hotel guests, no Preferential meal packages, hotel can be very noisy because it is popular as a jwedding venue (woken at night by raucous guests in corridor 3am and 4am). Beautiful 19th floor, round restaurant, has strange acoustics which allow conversations to be clearly heard by others on the opposite side of the round room.
The hotel was beautiful and located in the perfect spot for sightseeing in Philly. My daughter and I had a lovely time. The staff was very helpful. And the exercise club was amazing!!
it was fine
