The rooms don't seem very well insulated. It was very noisy every morning, we could hear everything in the hallway & could even hear voices next door.
The staff was very accommodating, helpful, & friendly.
The only slight difficulty was at breakfast. The wait for something off the menu was rather long. There had been a large group of kids in the restaurant just before we had arrived, and it slowed them down. Luckily, we were not in a hurry.
I loved the view of the city, especially at night. Watching the water taxis, the walk along the harbor, and the close proximity to the airport - without the noise - were all a plus.
We got a room package that included breakfast and when we arrived for breakfast we were told a large group was coming and we had to wait 30 mins to be seated for a buffet style breakfast. Which then turned into 45 mins and no one ever called to let us know they were ready for us. It was just inconvenient.
I love the location and the view from the room was amazing.
There is no mini bar in the room
Professional and efficient, the staf always welcome you with a nice smile and always ready for you
There was nothing that we were dissatisfied with.
The rooms were so comfortable especially the pillows.
Need firmer pillows
Having to pay for parking is a bit much. I think reduced rates or free parking would be welcomed by customers.
The views were awesome of Boston Cityscape. The water taxi was fun too.
did not get a king size bed that was ordered.
location and harbor view, good service and staff
The breakfast pricing was high.
Such a beautiful view on the harbor side! The concierge desk was wonderfully helpful. Really appreciated the shuttle service -- the drivers were friendly and helpful.
To get to city, need to take shuttle bus and then subway.
Clean, friendly and beautiful view of harbour.
Easy commute by watertaxi to the harbour area and quick ride to and from the airport, could not be better.
Before departing the hotel we decided to enjoy a cocktail and appetizer in the dining area. The view is stunning. During our time at the bar, Ashley, a bartender from the Chicago Hyatt, across from the convention center was seated at the end of the bar. She was loudly informing the Boston bar and waitstaff all about her "expertise" and speaking poorly of the "guests" she comes into contact with at the Chicago location. I found the discussion to be one sided (Ashely, speaking at the other employees) but still none the less unprofessional.
The bellhop Zack who greeted my party upon arrival was a pleasure to interact with. He was very knowledgeful, helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
1 - When we arrived at about 7pm, the receptionist was not at the desk. When she came, she asked if we wanted to be upgraded to the harbor-view room for $40. When we said that was a bit steep, she said right away that she could upgrade us for $25 instead. It felt like bargaining at a market and unprofessional, especially at Hyatt's level. 2 - The restaurant was very expensive (you obviously pay for the good view of the skyline) but the food quality was just so-so. We thoroughly enjoyed the clam chowder but the other dishes were average. 3 - To further improve the view from the restaurant, the management should consider dimming the outdoor lights as from inside the restaurant we could mainly see the outdoor lights and not really the city skyline.
1 - The view of the Boston skyline was beautiful. Even if you don't have the harbor-view rooms, you can enjoy the view anytime by strolling along the path behind the hotel. 2 - Our room was newly renovated and it was really clean. 3 - The shuttle bus to and from the airport and train terminals was convenient. 4 - The restaurant was on the high-price end and the clam chowder was tasty. 5 - The cleaner (Rosa) was very friendly and did a good job.
The pillows on the bed
Parking was expensive.
Spacious room, friendly staff, water taxi.
Some staff found our English accents amusing.
The view across the harbour.
Expensive to park. No safe or refrigerator in room.
Surprised how quiet it was, and right next to airport! Beautiful views. Only steps to the Water Taxi, quick to get across Harbour to shopping and attractions. Friendly staff!!
Restaurant: server average. Dropped check before dessert arrived. Steak ordered well done came medium rare, sent back, came back medium. however the seabass was amazing
Room scenic and transportation very accessible
Room service was expensive so we called a nearby restaurant to bring us dinner as we were incredibly jet lagged.
Hotel was seemingly on the airport property so getting to the airport was very fast. Room rate was very high (as they all appear to be in Boston). Our room was large and very nice. Huge tvs. Hotel seemed very nice but we just passed out between flights so we did not get to explore much. Views of the city are amazing. If you don't pay for the view though you're stuck looking at a runway.
Buffet Breakfast a little overpriced for what was available.
Great views of the City, free parking, easy access to water taxis to run to the City. Very helpfull and informed staff.
Parking is too expensive. Should be less especially since room rates are high.
The room was very clean
