The parking is way too expensive.
Harbor view room @4F has beutiful night view of Boston town. Clean room, bed with fine air conditioninig. Quick and friendly shuttle bus service. Wifi connection was finally free, although I used more than one hour.
No mini bar nor drink vending machine in my room/floor. Only one restaurant with not so much range of foods. There is no direct phone at the arrival floor of the airport (ask information desk).
- Cleanness of rooms - Shuttle Service - Quick and Responsive drivers - Free Ear Plugs in the room! - Very good staff -Overall happy with the hotel
When I booked the hotel it was advertised as Hyatt Harbor. I only realized that it is an Airport hotel when I got there. I guess it's better if they really call it Hyatt Airport. - Expensive internet - Standard 200mb download limit - Premium unlimited - Only one bar - 5$ for a bottle of water in the room is high - A complimentary bottle of water for that rate should have been in place

No onsite store
nothing, but if wifi was a charge, that's not what most hotels offer
Very helpful and pleasant staff - found us a different room and at once agreed to a discount when I explained what had happened - see opposite
The first room we were offered smelt most unpleasantly (agree by porter) the alternative offered was a room adapted for disabled visitors so, while acceptable, not what we had paid for in advance.
Stayed here because of the location - love the view of the Boston skyline.
I have stayed there twice 14 years ago. Now the hotel seemed to be run down and not up to the Hyatt standard that I once knew. Rooms and bathrooms are old - corners on tissue boxes are bumped and look used, not much has been invested lately. The menu in the bar/restaurant is very limited and doesn't offer anything nice. There is only one restaurant anyway. On a saturday evening it looks like a cheap sports bar. This hotel has all the potential to be great: location is excellent, freshest seafood is easily available - yet nothing is done. What a pity!
Rooms were good and staff were friendly.
Restaurant meals were average but expensive. Staff seemed to rush clients to leave as soon as possible and reset table if you left even briefly so you couldn't finish your meal.
All staff were efficient, cheerful and helpful. The housekeeping staff were especially good, particularly in finding and retrieving a lost hat. The shuttle drivers, who rarely get a mention in these reviews, deserve praise for their helpfulness.
Two breakfast menus a bit confusing, also business expense account pricey. But this is an expensive hotel in an expensive location in an expensive city, so what the heck. The $7 calimari bar meal is good value, though.
Water taxis, courtesy buses and Metro make it an easy place to get from and to and is ideally placed for the airport. Harbour view is great.
Not having free wifi, at the price you pay for the room it should be included. It was the only place we stayed that was not free.
The staff was always eager to help. They actually seem to enjoy their jobs! Nice city view across the harbor.
Cost of, or even being charged for, parking.
Perfect hotel visit! The staff let us check into our room early and everyone, from front desk to restaurant to valet staff, greeted us with a genuine smile. They gave us great directions to sightseeing & transportation options , and They even helped us plan our next part of our trip into Salem, including giving us free water taxi tickets to help us out the next day. The rooms were comfortable and I was upgraded to an awesome view of the harbor. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
I don't have any complaints about this place!! Perfect hotel visit!
Views Quiet Friendly Convenient for airport
The bar could be nicer if separate from dinning are and seating easier to see views
Location and cleanliness great. Comfortable beds, great harbour view. Staff were very helpful to my many queries as a single traveller in Boston overnight only.
Air conditioner very noisy, had to switch it off. Room service menu on TV, I didn't notice until the next day. Some written material in the room saying where info was found would have helped. Free, or much cheaper wifi would have been good.
The views over the Harbour. The cleanliness, design and interior of the hotel. The ultra-comfortable beds and spacious room. The helpful desk staff. The water taxi! The value for money. It was a fabulous place to stay. We'd had 4 nights in the city before a driving tour. Stayed at the Hyatt as we were flying out from Boston the next day. Given the quality of the Hyatt experience, value for money, and the awesome water taxi service - we would consider staying at the Hyatt next time and just commuting into the city by water taxi.
We were charged for breakfast. Upon checking booking after we left hotel, we discovered that breakfast was supposed to have been included in the price of the room. Small gripe - as overall we loved every minute of our stay at the Hyatt and would most definitely stay here again.
Nice location and view
Wifi in room
Very nice and accommodating staff.
Hotel rooms were in disrepair, dated and unclean.
The view from level 12 room was amazing towards Boston. Staff were excellent. Room size was very good (booked a room with 2 queens and had ample room for 3 large suitcases and 2 backpacks) Hotel value for money was well above the Hilton which is the alternative for at airport stayover which we used 3 weeks previously on arrival at Boston. Staff performance was likewise well above Hilton and whilst a bit further from the airport terminals the shuttle negated this issue. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel to others and stay here again on day of arrival or night of departure without question.
Superb ferry service making this the best value for visiting Boston.
Frustrating Wi Fi login system requiring many repeat keyboard operations on a tablet.
Wow! The location was so easy to get to and from town and the airport. Shuttles were timely and staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Little pricey for us but worth having a safe and friendly place to stay!
Things were mostly smooth, staff accommodating. Room clean, everything worked well. Nicely appointed. Great view!
Kitchen didn't listen to waitress re. allergies and brought incorrect breakfast. Replaced with burned GF waffles. By that point, I was in a rush. PITA! Dining room hostess took it off bill, but what was up with the cooks?!
Great hotel with excellent and very friendly staff. View of Boston across the harbour is spectacular & the water taxi is a fun trip to get into downtown Boston in a few minutes
The facility was beautiful and the staff friendly & helpful. The harbor views were the highlight of our stay here. We te dinner in the downstairs restaurant with the same view of Boston. The food was tasty and the menu was great.
