Rooms large and comfortable. Amazing view from Harborside room and restaurant. Helpful, friendly staff. Would definately recommend this hotel.
Cost of cab or water taxi adds to your expenses. It would be a good idea if guests at the Hyatt had preferential rates for these journeys.
Only spent one night but loved the location and ease of getting to downtown Boston on the water taxi. Easy to walk to tourist attractions and have dinner in the North End. Picked the hotel for proximity to airport for early morning flight. Hotel and room very nicely decorated. Highly recommend! Staff were excellent as well.
No fan in the bathroom but I expect it is an older hotel. No fridge in the room.
The skyline of boston from my room was great.
The climatic, it mades a lot of noise. The bett was also bad too.
Location with access to water taxis. Great way to get around including quickly into the town center and avoid traffic.
Comfy bed Good breakfast Stunning views The trip across the harbor each day
Noisy vending machine near my room
the island where the hotel located is very quiet and the view pretty.
the guests are asked to call the hotel hotline to get shuttle bus. however, the hotel operators were never answered. because of the inefficient telecommunication, it took me 1 hour to wait for the shuttle bus from the airport and arrived at the hotel. and i had to take the free airport shuttle bus to the hotel another time as i cannot get connected to the hotel operator.
Courtesy bus and driver
Rather dark wood in the bar
I wish disappointed we did not get that great view of the city. It was my boyfriends 30th & thought it would be a nice view to wake up to
September 2014 Room and bed was fine and you are close to the airport. The water taxi access to Boston proper was a plus and allows you to avoid the heavy traffic congestion in Boston. The concierge was helpful.
Room price was exorbitant. All Boston hotels stick it to "folks from far away" in September, using fall leaf colors as an excuse. My room faced the airport runway. One facing the bay and the city downtown w/b much better. Food is average, and over-priced. I took the water taxi to "Legal Seafood" for dinner. Great chowder!!!
Staff was extremely friendly & helpful.
Location. It is located too far from downtown Boston. Lack of menu items (not enough choices). Bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
Great location Spectacular views particularly at night
We were at the end of a long holiday and it was so nice to encounter such helpful staff and great efficiency. Everything we needed was catered for. A really comfortable room ( we didn't quite have the amazing harbour view that some rooms have!) and very quiet considering we were right over the airport. We had a good dinner and were reserved a great table overlooking the view of the harbour. All our shuttles to and from the airport were very efficient as was the tour that the concierge arranged into Boston with our pick up and drop offs from the hotel.
Would have liked a pool - maybe I just didn't find it!
close promity to Logan Airport harbor view skyline view friendly staff
for the price i paid, i would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room to store my insulin.
Restaurant had amazing views of Boston but some meals tasted very salty. We had excellent view of the city from our room as well The reception staff were very friendly and helpful
Small beds but mainly because we asked for good views
The location was great as it was very close to the airport. The rooms were fabulous and the beds afforded the best nights sleep I have had in a while. My husband liked the coffee machine in our room! Fantastic views of Boston lit up across the bay...we sat outside and marvelled at how beautiful it all looked. Would definately recommend.
The food was a slight disappointment but other than that everything was wonderful. Perhaps a chance to drink something other than coffee would be nice in the rooms. I had a glass of water while my husband enjoyed his!
Good location, close to aairport. Very clean. Nice staff. Great view.
The bedroom was ample in size, the shower worked, and the reception clerk gave me a free breakfast for the inconveniences caused with the airport pickup. I would have preferred a better pickup solution and forget the freebies. I did not come to the hotel for freebies, I came there for service.
Arrived in Logan, without a local cell phone since I do not live in the US. Could not find a way to access the courtesy van at the airport to take me to the hotel. Apparently the van only comes when you call the hotel, while other hotels have regularly scheduled vans which pick you up. It took me 2 hours to get from Logan to the hotel for check up. I asked policemen, called the Mass Authority phone line three times. Finally somebody told me to try to catch Bus # 66, and ask them to bring me to the hotel. That is what I did and it worked. I also did not like that all service personnel is out looking for a tip. Obviously, they do not pay them well. Also, room cleaning personnel chattered in the hallways while I was trying to sleep. Obviously, there is a lack of good management in the hotel
Convenient to airport
Price for room
Great staff. Eager to accommodate.
Rooms are noisy, poorly insulated so that hall noise seems right there in the room with you. Earplugs are provided by the facility which should give you a clue as to what to expect!
Convenience - it was close to the airport and our plane landed at 10:30pm local time The terrace and the view of Boston was excellent - as was the breakfast
The breakfast was pricey
Location. And water taxis.
Poor food. Over priced. Check in over complicated.
Close to the airport which is great for an early morning flight.
Great place to stay near the airport - quick access to downtown via water taxi or subway. Good dining room
The window shade was broken - wouldn't go up or down. I asked for a wake-up call that did not one - fortunately I woke up only own!
Even though overlooking airport runways, was totally quite.
Not easy to get to and from if going anywhere other than airline terminals.
View..location and accessibility to town
Blonde waitress wed eve and all others...couldn't get any service for 40 min while we watched others get two rounds of drinks. I guess two people wasn't big enough tab for her..we complained and his reaction was worse...
