Hyatt Place Atlanta Downtown    

The employees were so helpful any time we had a question. Being from out of state, this meant a lot.

Bath too small

After a 18 hour flight from Australia this hotel offered us exactly what we needed - a spacious, clean and tidy room, great breakfast included and shuttle service to local destinations.

Actually everything was great.

I liked how covenient it was to other attractions in the city. It was quite comfortable for the money we spent when compared to other hotels in it's vicinity.

I did not like how the staff reacted to my husband's question about the breakfast. He preferred a selection of waffles, pancakes or french toast on the day that we stayed and there was none. When I inquired about it later, they said that he could have always purchased his own.

The shuttle which was available to drop off and pick up within a 3 mile radius was extremely convenient. We saved a lot on cab fare with that amenity. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I am not a fan of the Contenential Breakfast.

Nice large room with large seating area. Nice to have a coffe maker with china mugs and glasses for drinks.

Tiny bathroom.

Location good and shuttle available. Food in lounge was much better than I would have expected.

Hotel seems to be an Express version of Hyatt. But that's not a negative to me. I hate hotels who have an additional charge for wi-fi.

I have to say that the staff at the hotel were excellent. One in particular was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The bathroom was a little small.

NO parking spaces available! Web site advertises free shuttle, but failed to mention the shuttle was not available the only night we were there...New Year's Eve! Bathroom sink area needs a wall & door because the only place to dress in private is in the TINY tub/toilet area.

The staff were nice and friendly, it was walking distance to lots of attractions and restaurants, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic.

Nothing, this place was amazing.

Perfectly close to Oceanarium, Coca Cola Museum and Imagine It.

Expensive parking

The location was great. The room was like a studio apartment & very well designed. The staff was very friendly & the food was excellent & a great value. We enjoyed our short stay & would recommend this hotel highly.

The only negative was the size of the toilet/shower. It was like a tiny closet & would be difficult for a larger person to maneuver in. Luckily we aren't very big people.

It was GREAT The room was wonderful and the Staff where very helpful and attentive, and we loved the shuttle to Philpps Arena, and it was in walking distance to so much downtown, I Loved my stay there, Thanks So much the Hotel was better then the Madonna Concert and that is why we where there in the first place. And breakfast was GREAT.

Nothing it was GREAT and in the heart of downtown close to MARTA what more can you ask for.

Location and parking. They have razor wire around the parking lot

It does not have a pool and the bathrooms are very small and we all had to go poop in the lobby so we didn't make the whole room smell bad. Also their breakfast sandwhiches are really good but they do not offer a vegetarian option

The cleanliness

They charged me twice. However, I was refunded. Maybe just effective communication amongst staff.

We were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff who greeted us. The location of the Hyatt Place Atlanta was so convienent for downtown and the complementary breakfast bar was awesome! Halls were kept quiet and we slept as if we were in our own beds.

The only thing we would change is to stay longer!

Close to our destination

No one explained charges such as parking.... Not even when we checked in. No one likes "hidden" costs.

Very nice and helpful staff. Amazing included breakfasts. Perfect location for a conference downtown.

I stayed for 2 nights, and the bed was not make for the second night... They emptied the trash, and that's about what was done between the 2 nights.

Very nice limited service property. Shuttle service to local destinations. Short walk to Georgia Dome.
