The room was nice. Liked the setup
When I booked reservation it was not revealed that the hotel was under construction Noise started at 8 am Lobby was cold w/ doors open, workmen everywhere , elevator reserved for them while guests had to crowd in one. Was not a good experience They boast Starbucks coffee but it definitely is not! Tastes terrible, lukewarm an full of coffee grinds! Buffet breakfast was cold and 10 min before was due to end they were taking stuff away. I would never go back
The location was ideal for us.The staff were excellent and so helpful.
The shower head was broken.
Everything Superior: breakfast, bed, cleanliness, staff, gym, bathroom.
Outside sign too small & proximity to Route 35 confusing. Not Inn's fault but not easy to find.
Staff was great
Really nice, hip design elements, well thought out spatially. Felt very roomy.
Breakfast was marginal, but free!
This was a great location for us. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was excellent!
Thought the staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Always enjoy the complimentary breakfast! Love the fact I know what to expect from a Hyatt Place (from room layout, to complimentary breakfast and newspaper).
Great room/breakfast :-)
The Italian market a little way from it and Applebee close by. The little pool was OK. Big parkinglot. Not much noise from Highway.
Overpriced. Disorganised staff aspecially at breakfast, like zombies. I guess the hotel gets what they pay for and that cant be much with these people. Heard for instance a guest ask one inn the staff at breakfast where the spoons are. The staffmember did not now of course but went away from the very end of the lobby! (you must eat in the lobby/reception) found the spoons eventually, did not get one but returned to the guest and told him where he could find it. So bad service that we startet laughing.
Good work desk in room.
I felt it was over priced
The new features and friendly staff were very nice.
The nonsmoking room smelled like a smoking room. The breakfast was not fresh, hard and cold. The fruit was great though.
Everything from the second I walked in to the last time I walked out. The staff was excellent, friendly, attentive and polite Loved my entire visit
I cannot think of anything I did not like
Breakfast could be better
Unprofessional: unsympathetic, not helpful-
Poor customer service
Bathroom arrangement. No private area to dress other than in by shower.
Took us a while to find it
Very friendly staff!!!! The best
breakfast was very good. Nice selection, plenty of choices and food available. Good coffee. Housekeeping and all the staff were very accommodating.
The first night there was a pet across the hall. I would suggest all pet owners stay on the same floor, perhaps a floor designated for pet owners. (I am a pet owner, so I appreciate hotels taking pets,) But this one near us barked a lot. Also, one morning, it looked like a dog had gone #2 across the lobby and the front entrance. It was immediately cleaned up, but a little unsettling. I would stay here again though, that was an isolated incident.
Great location, nice room, with a great AC. (important in Austin)
The hotel lobby & hallways had a funny smell. It wasn't in the room or we would have left. I think its time to change out the carpets.
The breakfast was good.
Had no shower caps and did not even apologize.
It was a good stay
clean restaurants close comfy beds Pepsi products free newspaper
breakfast was a joke! location was difficult from the freeway
The room was fine- bed, TV, bathroom all OK. Appeared clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice.
When we arrived the lobby had a tremendous odor of raw sewage. No explanation was provided, but it was definitely noticeable and actually bordered on overwhelming. However, it was late and the gentleman checking us in seemed to be doing his best to overcome the situation and got us checked in and out of the lobby. Upstairs the odor was only faint, and by the next day it was gone. Breakfast was too crowded to sit a large group, so we went elsewhere. Clerks upon checkout were talking and i had to wait to check out- not attentive at all I have stayed here before and it was much better the last time (no odirs, not as crowded at breakfast).
The hotel is in a great location - not too far from the airport. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was served warm and there were many options. My room and the hotel itself were very clean and modern.
The workout facility was lacking in workout equipment compared to other Hyatt Places I've stayed at. There were two treadmills, a recumbent bike, and an elliptical machine. No free weights, which would have been nice. However, I can't complain because at least there was a workout facility and I got a good cardio workout.
