Hyatt Place Bethlehem  

Modern, spacious suite style rooms were great... Clean, attractive well thought out design. Everything would have been perfect except the extremely noisy elevator.

Our room was close to the elevator and the noise of the motor was very bothersome. We thought it was the heat coming on and off until we figured it out, otherwise we would have requested a different room.

The bed and pillows were terrible broke our backs.....

We stay there twice a year because of local wrestling tournaments my son and his school participates in. No reason to look for another hotel as they do an excellent job for us and also a good school rate!

Really had no complaints other then when I Troyes booking directly the desk person said there were no listings for our kids school staying at there hotel and that was it! She should have said I will look into it and call you back. Because when we checked in our school was listed as school with a discount rate. That is why I booked within the online company and not her!

Location was good for downtown and parking.

Room was strange, huge room and no furniture in large area of it. Bathroom had mildew around the . When we leave a room we always check under beds for anything that might have slipped under it. We where surprised by the amount of trash under the beds. Your maid service is doing a very poor job, have to wonder how much they actually clean the room. Plus your staff knew very little information regarding the Christmas markets and what else was going on downtown, they really should know this information so they can inform your guest who are there for that purpose.

Large room, very clean, very up to date, excellent WiFi, great location, very friendly and knowledgable staff, good rate.

Only 2 elevators, got very crowded in the morning.

The staff was great. They even had a pumpkin carving contest between the staff groups and those staying at the Hyatt could vote for their favorites. I stopped by for a couple of days on my way to West Point Military Academy for a Meeting with former soldiers from Vietnam ( I am usmc ) and within walking distance of the hotel you can experience the town of Bethlehem and all it has to offer including a jewel of a bookstore that had been open since before the mid 1700's ( you read that right ). All of the shops are jewels ! Going bach to the Hyatt, the wonderful staff, the 42" flat screen in your room is unforgettable. The Sands Casino is 3 miles away.....

Spacious, clean, great location to run or walk, great location for shopping, accommodating shuttle, parking across street in garage. Definitely would stay again!

I loved my stay for many reasons. I have stayed at this hotel before, and have always been satisfied with everything. On this trip, I was on town for the Runner's world races on Saturday and Sunday. We used the shuttle to go right to the events. Also, the location allows easy walking to shops and restaraunts in the area. Of course, the shuttle is an option if you don't want to walk the few blocks. I have to note the amazing service I received after realizing that I had lost my car keys during the trip. I will never know when, or where, I lost my cars, but when we mentioned to the hotel that my keys were missing they went beyond my expectations to help me find them. Unfortunately, they were. It found, but it was certainly not for a lack of effort on the hotel's part.

The room was more than I expected. It contained every thing I needed. I enjoyed breakfast and the and atmosphere was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall much nicer than I expected for the price. The room was quite spacious - there was a sort of living room area with a large corner couch, and the tv could be turned to face that or the bed - and very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 Gallery menu was nice.

Location was perfect for exploring downtown Bethlehem and close to the historical places. Breakfast was great with hot sandwiches not just the ordinary continental breakfast fare. Room was comfortable and spacious enough for our need. Friendly staff.

A wedding party was staying at the hotel on the same weekend and they had reserved rooms on all floors. The room next to ours seemed to be the "party" room and the noise was excessive. My parents, who were staying in a different room had to call the front desk twice before anything was done. A discount was given to them the next day, however.

I loved this hotel ! I travel a lot for my job and in general and this hotel had all my needs met. The room was by far one of the best I have ever stayed in. Clean, modern, big open work space in the room as well as a wrap around couch. I stayed in the king single room and compared to my friends room who stayed in the Comfort Suites across the bridge, my room was leaps above. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to navigating around. Breakfast was..eh but lots of options. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Parking was across the street but honestly not a huge deal. Area was well lit and being from D.C., pretty safe I say.

The size of the room

The towels were left on the floor as directed but not changed on day 2 of our stay as well as the coffee cups were not changed. The hair dryer was missing ,however housekeeping replaced it in a timely fashion.

Hyatt Place Bethlehem is a wonderful choice for dowtown Bethlehem, though I hate to give away what was once our secret. The staff is welcoming, the hotel clean and comfortable.

Friendly and helpfull staff

The food and set up of dining ware were not accesable for kids.to much highly preserved foods even the fresh fruit choice was loaded with preservatives and the skillet sandwiches .pancakes were cold and hard.

Extremely nice building. Breakfast was well prepared and presented. Staff was friendly and amenable.
