Clean, pleasant and efficient staff, breakfast included. They could not provide a roll-in bed which would have made the stay more comfortable for the older children.

We honestly loved everything about our stay at Hyatt place Boston/Braintree! This is my first time writing a review for a place, so it must have been that great! The location was perfect; across the street from the mall, restaurants, And 20 minutes from the city! Our room was like a fancy suite, without the "fancy suite" price. Our room and bathroom wascefu clean, and there was even a mini living room!The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Boston!

Rooms were great. Bed felt luxurious. Staff was friendly. Shuttle to the local business offices a big plus. Wish they had a full restaurant/room service.
