“ My daughter got stranded in charlottle cause her flight was cancelled to Lynchburg...all she had was her passport and forty bucks....I Booked the hotel from Canada on booking.com ....then called the Hyatt and the front desk lady was so helpful making sure my daughter was looked after .... ”

Living room area with big couch and mini kitchen area. Comfortable king size bed. It located far away from the city, but it's a perfect distance from the airport if you're there for business.

Very comfortable spacious room. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle service from the airport was not good. I waited for over an hour before a bus arrived. I didn't receive a good explanation from the driver although he was very apologetic.

So clean and stylish. Great breakfast, great staff, lovely. In the middle on nowhere... stores nearby weren't very good.

The room design & lay out was excellent. Had everything tht we needed. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We plan on going to Charlottle again and will stay there. absolutely nothing.

Our overall experience was GREAT!!! The staff was very friendly and our room met all of our expectations. We will continue to use the Hyatt chain as our hotel preference in the future.

The room and whole building. We were told we had no reservations and sent to a different Hyatt. After running back and foarth between the 2 wasting time and gas they realized their mistake.

Excellent and speedy service. For breakfast I requested Gluten free and they made a special meal to accommodate me. Rooms are large with all you need. Excellent availability for meals at one hundred paces from the door. I will choose this hotel again, furthermore, it is in such a good cross location for easy access to city and airport making it the ideal place to send our people to stay.
