A charge for parking your car, even when staying there. I have never paid to park at a hotel even when leaving my auto there while traveling. Of course we were booked before or after our trip. I will never stay at this hotel again. We stayed at the one in Orlando and left our car there for 5 days and didn't pay to park. Breakfast was marginal

When we took showers something leaked and keep soaking the floor. Wondering why when we first got there there was a towel on the slide on the bottom part of the shower door.

It was perfect for Pre and Post Cruise. Love the free shuttle too and from the airport. Beds comfy, rooms cleaned. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and dinning.

Good Breakfast. Near shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff pointed us to a nice local restaurant for dinner within walking distance. Airport shuttle and cruise ship shuttle($7 for cruise shuttle) were very convenient.

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. I was on the first floor in the area of the laundry I guess, and the noise was terrible. I would have requested a room change however I knew from my check in that rooms were limited. RM 107 and it sounded like some type of pump going off and on through the night.

lay out of the room. Very good use of space, well organized and efficient. Close to restaurants. Very good complimentary breakfast. Transport to port. Annoying sound that we were unable to identify. Coming from lamp or other?

Rooms - comfortable & spacious Breakfast - decent Staff - most pleasant and accommodating at every opportunity. Location - well-situated among shops, restaurants, near airport and not far from beach. Excellent for pre- or post-cruise stay. Wifi Internet - disaster. To be fair, one of two things has to happen: either they get their wifi/internet working and reliable, or they quit advertising that they have wifi/internet at all.

I was told that I could get a shuttle to the Westin hotel to the conference I was attending and when I tried to get the shuttle they said that they could jot because it was a couple of blocks more than te three mile radios that they were allowed. The issue is that they offered to drop me off two blocks away from my destination.. Really? 2 blocks? So I declined and took taxis both days during my stay. In my opinion, that would have made the difference between good and excellent .

Close to airport, free shuttle. Thought that the shuttle to the cruise port was free - took a taxi back from the port and was cheaper than the shuttle.

Loved having the shuttle service, to see the area attractions. Very clean!!!!! Would have liked to have breakfast before we left at 5:30. Would have been nice to grab a cup of coffee & bagel!

Room was nice and spacious Breakfast was lousy. Marriot is 100% better. Asked for a blanket for the pull out sofa bed and they told me that I had to come to the front desk to get it. Was not impressed for the $ I spent.
