The hospitality of the employees very welcoming
We booked or reservations in April and when we got there in July they did not have our reservation!
he carpet was so clean my white socks stayed white in my room. The dining area was also well cleaned and the food presentation was great. All but one staffer was accommodating and pleasant. The manager helped enormously with my trip planning and getting checked in easily.
The pool was not inviting. The water seemed over chlorinated and cloudy. The pool is much smaller than the pictures appear. I decided not to swim at all and that was disappointing.
Very helpful, polite, friendly staff Outstanding breakfastNothing
breakfast was delicious...loved the Starbucks area, too!
Not enough exercise machines.
Always good staff and good breakfast and great beds
re-signing up for wi-fi each day
Friendliness of staff. Adequate breakfast.
Very friendly and attentive staff. They should be recognized by their boss of their great customer service.I've worked with the public before. Not always an easy job.
Location was great Breakfast was good Room size and Amenities were good
Mistakenly billed someone else's room service to my room.
Limited breakfast...limited healthy choices
I have stayed at several 5-star hotels all over the world. Our Hyatt place room was beautiful. I looked at all of the 3 and 4 star hotels in Greensboro, and this one has the best of everything for the price. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was great. We did not want to leave.
Nice breakfast menu (included).
Specifically selected this hotel because rooms with 2 two queen beds was available (as compared to no longer available). Booked hotel months in advance and contacted hotel to ensure they held the 2 bed room. Received NO response from hotel contact provided on booking. Noisy from nearby airport
This hotel is extremely nice with nice spacious rooms. I stayed at a marriott the night before and this hotel was much better than the Marriott
easy to find; places to eat really close; not to far from GHOE (N.C. A&T); Clean & nice!
need to add all of the directv channels!
The staff was very friendly & helpful. We liked the layout of the room-king bed with sectional sofa with small divider. My sister and I shared the bed while my daughter slept comfortably on the sofa (my sister & I slept 3 to a bed as kids so this was definitely more comfortable!). We also liked dining area: spread out yet cozy with different areas for guest to eat privately & comfortably amongst other visitors. Very pleasant stay, overall.
The room was very nice I like the eco-friendly idea. The water was nice and hot the way I like it. the breakfast was nice you did not have to go out since it was included in the price, basic stuff oatmeal , egg muffin, milk, juice, coffee, cereal, fruits.
There was a team of young soccer players that were allowed to run up and down the hall by whoever was keeping watch over them until as late as 1030 p.m. not very romantic since this was a weekend getaway for me and my hubby both nights that we stayed we knew when they got back because they started running down the hall ways plus there was a dog barking quite a bit.
The bed provided the most comfortable night's sleep I have ever had. My 12 year old son agreed with me. 24/7 "bistro" type food. Complimentary breakfast.
Our room was a little dusty. No paper recycle bins. Couch was a bit worn.
Very friendly and helpful staff
We were given a handicap room which had an open shower which wet most of the bathroom floor. The bed was much to soft and uncomfortable. On this trip we stayed in Westins to Days Inns and this had to be the most uncomfortable bed. Not a good night's sleep.
The customeer service was outstanding, the Front Desk Clerk, Janelle was magnificent in providing clear concise information and customer service for not only myself but my entire family. Our stay was the most pleasant, unassuming, non-incidental stay we have ever experiencd in a hotel. Our family attended a family reunion that was hosted in Greensboro, our first time in the city and to have our hotel staff so warm and welcoming, truly made it nice. I needed directions to several places during my stay and Janelle took the time to print out the directions provided via mapquest for us (while assisting other guest of the hotel at the same time). I needed directions to the nearest bank and she provided us that as well as when we were late for breakfast to meet with the rest of the reunion clan, again Janelle to the rescue in providing us with the restaurant's location. Granted we only stayed for 24 hours, but within that time we enjoyed our relaxing experience. Upon our arrival, as out-of-towners needed a "place at the Inn" per se we arrived three hours earlier than our scheduled check-in time all the while keeping in communication with the hotel staff via booking.com, we were allowed to check-in to our rooms early, affording us an opportunity to freshen up before the 3pm family reunion start time.
During our stay my mom(who accompanied us, but had her own room) did report an incident where one the emplyees entered her room while she was napping with a key. She felt as though he may have been trying to find an empty room to "crash" to have his lunch. He immediately apologized and exited the room with his styrofoam to go container in hand. Other than being started, (both parties) no harm done, smile.
